Valdezreyes Pavers

The scope of our project was to break up the concrete on our old, cracked driveway and side walkway and to pour new concrete. We also had our front lawn removed and totally landscaped our front yard with drought resistant plants (with a drip watering system), brown mulch and a few large rocks. After the project started Eric pointed out that our 40-year water drainage system was completely blocked and the pipes were cracking so new pipes were added to the project.
Eric, the General Manager, oversaw the whole project from start to finish. I have worked with many remodeling and home repair contractors, but no one compares with the efficiency and professionalism that Eric and his crew had. Communication was excellent, Eric and his crew were always on time and always cleaned up each day. There are so many details, large and small, with a project like this but we never felt overwhelmed. What was amazing was that each day, I would prepare a list of questions for Eric and before I could ask them, Eric would talk about the same issues.
I am always suspicious when I see so many positive reviews on Yelp but, I have to admit, they are all justified.

I had a smaller job than most others which involved cleaning out a yard full of weeds. Erick was super responsive from beginning to end. He took care in ensuring I was happy with the job and even talked to me about options for my yard. Would definitely use Valdezreyes Pavers again.

WOW! From start to finish, Eric and his team were spot on. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Considered a small project (Townhome backyard, removal of a rotted deck and raised planter area), many paver companies wouldn't even entertain my request. Valdes Pavers came out, gave me a quote and even with two months of delay waiting for HOA approval, he eventually scheduled the project and completed the job in one week.

I discussed a downspout drain that doesn't drain properly prior to the start of the project and that we have been fighting our HOA for over two years. Several plumbers have come out but could not fix the issue. He said he would 'investigate' it since the deck was being removed. VP eventually dug up the the pipe, found the breach and replaced the drain pipe which was not even in the original project scope for the cost of materials only! Incredible...

Erick and team have completed another project for me. This time, digging out my 10yr Buddha Belly Bamboo! 4 days of intense digging and chopping away. The Emmanuel Landscaping team took great care removing ALL of the roots and soil! They also carefully separated the intact roots and rhizomes so that they can be transplanted into containers. They worked full days, cleaned up very well, and were very pleasant.

Our good friend recommended Erick for our landscaping work. We were so surprised and happy with his team! They spent close to two months working on 3 retaining walls, replacing the grass in our front and backyard, removing dead plants from the prior owner, removing our driveway concrete and replacing it with pavers and hauling prior owner's junk to a garbage dump.

We gave him a budget and he made wonders! His team was so pleasant to be around with. We are so happy with everything his team did!
