The drivers have been so helpful and kind. I enjoy talking to the drivers. They all know what are doing.

We have used Valiant Medical Transport several times. They have always called the night before pickup and have been on time, every time. William, at Valiant, is very knowledgeable as are the transport personnel! We will use this company every time for any medical transport needs!

Valiant staff were wonderful yesterday when I needed to get my 95 year old mother to urgent care within a few hours. The cost was explained clearly & we were able to save money by using a folding wheelchair we had stored. It was also explained that if they used a gurney, they'd have to take us to the ER instead of urgent care - that was especially helpful info. Bryant was on time and a genuinely kind & warm human being, engaging my mom in conversation which helped her relax in a strange situation. I will need to use them again, I'm sure, and will feel confident of great service.

Mohammed was very helpful when I was trying to find a medical transportation company to transport my mom. He answered my questions and was very professional. The day of my mom's appointment, Brian, the driver, who was assigned to take my mom, was on time, very very very kind to my mom and he got her to the appointment on time. He was very patient during the waiting time. I really want to thank both Mohammed and Brian for their professionalism, and for making what could've been a very stressful situation into very good experience for my mom.

We recently reached out to Valiant Transport for a special family occasion, seeking their wheelchair transport service to bring my father from a rehabilitation facility to join us for New Year's Eve celebrations. I was immensely impressed by Valiant's responsiveness; they efficiently handled our last-minute request, confirming our booking a day before NYE. Their punctuality was commendable, ensuring timely transportation both to and from our venue. The professionalism and ease of service provided by one of their colleagues were remarkable, making what could have been a stressful arrangement, completely hassle-free. From my first phone conversation with Mohammed (an angel walking this Earth), scheduling a pick-up at the hospital for my husband -- to the final drop-off at the skilled nursing facility, with the two wonderful gentlemen who accompanied my husband in the transport... this was an unparalleled experience in medical care. Mohammed worked with us throughout the stress of changing schedules, waiting for updates, back-and-forth confusion with hospital communications -- all the while with a warm, positive attitude and caring demeanor. The two gentlemen who accompanied my husband were tremendously respectful, engaging, and kind. I cannot say enough good things about Valiant Medical Transportation. Simply the best. And OMG affordable, too. I am forever grateful.

Needed to arrange a last minute doctor appointment for my grandmother, so we contacted Valiant Medical Transportation and they were able to accommodate us. Excellent service and friendly staff from the dispatch to the technicians! They are reliable and convenient. I love that they cover the whole Bay Area as we continue to use their amazing service. Highly recommend them!

My mother is 103 years old and lives in a two story home with her two caregivers. We needed to move my mother to the Residence Inn in San Carlos. I contacted Valiant Medical Transportation and spoke to Mohammed. (He is such a sincere, caring and kind man!). I explained to Mohammed my mom has severe dementia and we were concerned about having to transport her. He advised me that he would send four men to hep with the transport, to make it as easy as possible for my mother. The four men arrived and my family could not believe how wonderful the four men treated my mother. They were so kind, and took such good care not to upset her. The men suggested my sisters drive in the ambulance with my mom. The men waited patiently when they arrived at the destination, for my mother's hospital bed to arrive. The entire time taking such good of my mother. My family and I were so pleased the move went so well.
I highly recommend Valiant Transportation. I commend Mohammed and his team for successfully moving my mother. They truly care about their customer's and go out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. If I could I would give them ten stars! Thank you to Mohammed and his team! You went over and above and my family is forever grateful!!!
