Vallejo Airporter

First time we have used Vallejo Airporter for our Napa winery trip and we were not disappointed. Driver arrived early and stayed in constant communication with me every step of the trip. Very courteous and accommodating. We will definitely consider booking them again for the next event!

I booked for pick up and drop off to the Oakland Airport for our trip to Hawaii. Departing was great. The driver arrived on time and got us to our destination in good time. However, the return was a different story.

I called before we got on our return flight from Honolulu to Oakland to confirm the pickup so that our driver would be on time due to us having a later arrival time (11pm). I was told to call the driver upon landing, which I did. But the driver did not answer. It appeared that the driver called me while we were traveling in the air to confirm I was still coming - which didn't make sense because I had already called earlier that day to confirm I would be arriving in Oakland as previously stated with the flight information I previously provided.

When we arrived, we were extremely tired. Since the driver didn't answer when I called, I proceeded to baggage claim to get our baggage. While waiting, I called the driver again and he picked up, but sounded like he was still in bed. I told him that we had arrived and asked if he was near. He proceeds to tell me that I needed to call when I arrived (I DID, but this guy didn't answer his phone). The fact that he answered and sounded like he just rolled out of bed was an indication that he was going to be late. He tells me he's on his way. I was still waiting for my baggage, so I didn't worry much. Had hoped that he would be there by the time my baggage rolled around.

20 minutes later, we got our luggage and I called him once again to see if he was close. He answers and says that he's about 20 minutes away. So, basically 50 minutes after we land, he's still not here. I waited 20 minutes and he finally showed up. When we get into the car, he goes on and on about some family emergency he had. His daughter's father-in-law passed away and he had to drive his wife and daughter to the deceased father-in-law's home, etc., etc. I didn't buy his story for a minute. I was extremely disappointed by this as I had to pay extra for the late pick up from the airport. Not that I didn't care about his daughter's deceased father-in-law, but I thought it was very unprofessional to have such a conversation with clients the whole ride to Vallejo.

I will never use their service again.

You don't think about how an excellent driver can make your trip to Napa (or Sonoma) an incredible experience, but our driver, Carlos, did just that. He was punctual, professional, and genuinely nice. Carlos, you are the man!

Just wanted to start off by saying how great the customer service and communication was while planning my event for my wifes 30th birthday celebration. Sonny was very timely and organized while answering my questions to get started for her birthday surprise event. i spoke with Tom shortly after I booked the communication and customer service was great! We outlined our plans and we were on our way! The day of the event we had our driver Mandy which was the BEST she was PHENOMENAL!!!!!! She attended to our needs and even change in location also timing. I would definitely suggest to friends and family to go with Vallejo Airporter!!!! We plan on using them for our next event! Thank you MANDY your the best!!! Thank you Vallejo Airporter for making this day very special for my wife!!!

Needed ride to SFO. Tom was our driver. Got us to airport with plenty of time. Great ride and he was very friendly & personable. Will book with company again for next trip.

Great experience, on time, friendly service, fair price, what else could you ask for in a ride to the airport for 6 people. Would use again!

I strongly recommend Vallejo Airporter if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer friendly business. Vallejo Airporter is my only shuttle service I use when requiring transportation to and from Bay Area Airports (Vallejo & San Francisco). They are always on time and are genuinely concerned about your travel.

As an example, my flights were cancelled at Dallas Fort Worth Airport. I called Vallejo Airporter and with no hesitation they told me to call back once I obtained a flight. After 24 hours, I obtained a flight, called back and I was able to obtain transportation from Sacramento.

I booked Vallejo Airporter for my birthday trip around Napa and I loved it! Mandy was an awesome driver, and was in constant communication even before our service began. We had her for 6 hours and she was very flexible with our itinerary. Limo was clean and very comfy. Would definitely use them again!

Sonyia was so awesome! We booked a limo for a 6 hour napa valley Vineyard tour for a girlfriends birthday. Sonyia was extremely responsive and and timely, and we had all the amenities we needed for the whole day. Wonderful service, would book again and recommend to anyone!

The two stars are for Mandy, not the company. We booked this for my sister-in-law's 25th birthday and AN HOUR BEFORE they were scheduled to pick us up, they called to say the limo got back from a 4am drop off at SF airport (this is now 5 hours later and they're barely calling us) and that the a/c, lights and everything in the back had gone out so they would be sending a shuttle bus instead. After fighting, them offering extra time, etc, we finally said just come get us at the time we had scheduled. As Mandy arrives, I told her we would be out in a few and look outside to see a VAN NOT A BUS!! We had no choice at this point but it was HORRIBLE. The back of the seats were abnormally high so we couldn't see or talk to each other properly, the van was filled with old empty water bottles, there was a nasty gooey substance on one of the seats and it was not classy. After looking at reviews, it seems as though this is normal for them. Its no wonder they have a Groupon...their company is no bueno!
