Too bad for the negative reviews because our limo service was excellent. The booking process was very easy and smooth. Mandy was very responsive with all my questions and concerns and we upgraded to a hummer limo from our groupon deal. Our driver, Dwayne was prompt, professional, and funny. He got us back at 5 o'clock on the dot because I did not want to be charged for any overages. Overall, great experience!

I booked Vallejo Airporter for my birthday trip around Napa and I loved it! Mandy was an awesome driver, and was in constant communication even before our service began. We had her for 6 hours and she was very flexible with our itinerary. Limo was clean and very comfy. Would definitely use them again!

The two stars are for Mandy, not the company. We booked this for my sister-in-law's 25th birthday and AN HOUR BEFORE they were scheduled to pick us up, they called to say the limo got back from a 4am drop off at SF airport (this is now 5 hours later and they're barely calling us) and that the a/c, lights and everything in the back had gone out so they would be sending a shuttle bus instead. After fighting, them offering extra time, etc, we finally said just come get us at the time we had scheduled. As Mandy arrives, I told her we would be out in a few and look outside to see a VAN NOT A BUS!! We had no choice at this point but it was HORRIBLE. The back of the seats were abnormally high so we couldn't see or talk to each other properly, the van was filled with old empty water bottles, there was a nasty gooey substance on one of the seats and it was not classy. After looking at reviews, it seems as though this is normal for them. Its no wonder they have a Groupon...their company is no bueno!

We had a great trip to Napa with my friends and Mandy our driver was the best!

Amazing!!! Will use again for private limo service through Napa etc. Mandy was so nice and accommodating!!! She always texted me in between wineries when we were running late. Definitely recommend!!!!

So I thought this was going to be great but I should have know when I had to keep calling to make sure my trip was actually booked. To begin I live in Philadelphia and had hoped to have a great experience in Napa with a limo ride. So I found this place on Groupon. I called and spoke with the owner who encouraged me to work directly with him for a flat fee of $495 because the Groupon didn't work Fridays or Saturdays. Although this was not listed on the Groupon I went on and agreed figuring the Groupon was $375, so with a $160 taxes and fees it would come out roughly the same. Well I had to call multiple times to make sure our trip was booked because we hadn't received confirmation. The owner seemed very nice so again I went with this even though I did have another company on standby. So the trip was finally confirmed two days before my arrival. So let's fast forward to the day of the trip. I received a text message from the driver asking for my location for pick up. Once Mandy arrived she was great. Not dressed classy enough for my taste but she was at least nice. I noticed immediately that the limo had missing paint on the side. This is not acceptable when you are trying to drive in a Limo!! I could have drove the rental because it looked much better. Anyways, Mandy stated that when you take it through the car wash the paint chips. That made no sense (later the owner said the same thing). As we drove through Napa I saw some of the most beautiful Limos which made me more disappointed because it's my birthday trip.. the Limo was stocked with champagne and water but NO EATING. Which is crazy because you would like to have a snack or two. Once we arrived at one of our stops we realized one of the doors won't open to let one of the guest out. So she had to keep climbing in and out in an uncomfortable manner the entire trip. Again no fault of Mandy, she stated that the door sticks sometimes. My thoughts were so why do we have this Limo if it is broke!! After another tasting we get in and the air conditioning had stopped working!! Yes really.. it was 80 degrees and no air!! I was pissed for real now. Mandy attempted to get the air working but it wasn't. We didn't have time waste in order to get to the tour and tasting. Somehow during this ride I keep messing with it and got it to work. I called the company immediately upon exiting this trap! The owner begins by making numerous excuses: well the paint chips when you get it washed, we are planning on putting it in the shop once it comes back in, well it's not that bad because it would be more important if the mechanical stuff wouldn't work (until I complained about the AC), well I will call the drive and talk to her. Through each excuse I explained how none of this was my fault nor should I have had to deal with this broken Limo and if he knew all of this why did they give this limo to us? He had no answers. So they knew the Limo paint was chipped, the door was broke and the ac temperamental. This really pissed me off. So the owner offered me a 10% off. To me that wasn't good enough. Then he offered an additional 1/2 hour. That too was not good enough but I went ahead because I was at my next touring place and didn't want to waste time on the phone. All I know is that I won't rent from here again. I will get the other place that I know had the type limo we wanted for only 40 bucks more..Mandy was nice that's what the stars are for not the Limo!!

We had the most AMAZING day in the wine country today! Mandy picked us up on time and had cold water, chilled sparkling wine and smile on her face, ready to take us anywhere we wanted to go. She was flexible, professional, thoughtful and always there waiting for us at the completion of each tour.

We were here a year ago for my daughter's bachelorette party. Mandy was our driver then. She was great and I inquired if she was available for this trip. I'm bringing another group of friends to Napa next month and wouldn't consider using ANY other limo service.

Mandy at Vallejo Airporter is delightful! I've ridden with her twice now and she's been so helpful about location choice, lunch choice and order of events. I've had only good experiences with this company and will use them any time I'm in Napa. Highly recommended!

Ok so!... we got a living social deal and it was a really great introductory price for 6 hours and 2 bottles of champagne for 8 people! We got Mandy and wow! Great service! Really impressed how well it was put together considering the deal that we scheduled for our next one shortly thereafter! No Living Social deal the second time BUT we loved their service that much that even though there were great deals in living social for other places we stick to a place we know we will be happy with!

Mandy is so sweet and accommodating! The car is perfect, she's on time, as knows she stuff. Everything was perfect today. Thanks guys!
