This shop is excellent! I needed a trailer hitch for my move and they really did a fine job at every step of the process...from my first call until I picked my SUV. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Solid work. My move went without a "Hitch"! (pun intended)

This review is for my dad since he doesn't have yelp. Eric the owner helped me today. He was very honest with pricing, quick and experienced at his craft. Diagnosed the problem with my truck and was finished same day. I will return for any issues with my vehicles.

I have a 2023 Subaru Outback and I needed a 2in hitch receiver installed mainly for a bike rack. Phil was great and went over everything on what I needed.
I'm very happy with the service, price and fast installation. Support small businesses!

As a construction business owner, when we have a piece of equipment down, we are under pressure to get it fixed and back on the jobsite. Eric and Phil were able to help us out when one of our trailers threw a spindle and needed to be replaced to make it usable. They had it swapped out and repaired within 4 hours and we were able to get back out on the job in order to meet our customers needs!

Your basic know what they are doing and calmly competent folks. Done two hitches for me and they did a great job both times. Second install went with blue tooth trailer brakes. Everything works fine

great service. they set up my brand new Ford Maverick to be towed behind my RV and installed a supplemental braking system. very happy with the work and Eric was super to work with.

Installed Firestone suspension air bags- apart from the overpriced service, the bolts broke off after 6 months. This is literally what it looks like after I removed the tire. Can't trust them to remove or fix the air bags, so I'm doing it myself- 2015 F15.
Definitely can't recommend.

The guys at Valley Truck went above and beyond to help me get a last-minute hitch installed on my SUV. Communication was great and they were super kind. The hitch is exactly how we wanted it installed.

It really seems customer service and fair pricing seem to be a dying trend in the age of Covid.
But not with Valley Truck.
Called to get a quote for an install I needed done, using a companies authorized installers. Got a quote and worked out a date. Smooth. No hassle at all.
I called 3 other outfits before my install to price shop (I was always taught to get 3-4 quotes), it seemed the more reviews each place had the higher and higher their prices were. Comical at best for the last quote.
Stuck with my initial gut and went with Valley. Couldn't be happier. Stand up guys, polite and fun to talk with. Not to mention all the nostalgia items around the shop that were awesome to look at.
Highly recommend.
