I brought in several items including two winter coats, one a valuable Loro Piana cashmere & fox fur-trimmed full length coat I found at Goodbuys consignment store several years ago.

(I did feel guilty buying a fur-trimmed coat but it wasn't my retail purchase- plus I was headed to snow country. I know I'm dancing around justifying this).

This coat needed very special handling and Veterans' cleaners did a fabulous job.

I haven't yet looked at the repair from hungry moths (grrr) eating a hole in my cashmere wrap but I feel confident they did a good job.

Best yet, Veterans kept my items there for over a month while I put into place some moth traps. They were very patient and laughed when I asked if "the coat lady" could impose their storing them for two more weeks.

It was pricy ($82 for 2 coats, 1 cashmere wrap, a silk scarf and a wool fingertip length sweater). I did find the itemized receipt later; their inventory control is as impressive as their work, flawless.

I dropped off more sweaters and will use this dry cleaner on a regular basis.

Plant is on premises at this location, one of two (the second is in Presidio Heights).

Service is truly exceptional.

Unfortunately, I didn't experience good quality service. I needed a new collar for my dress shirt. I had removed the old one because it was frayed but my sewing skills aren't good enough to make a new one. Apparently the alterations person there can't do it either.

Reliable, friendly staff and quality work! All of my clothes come back looking great. I highly recommend this place.

I really can't say enough great things about the folks at Veteran's Deluxe. They are family run/operated and provide exceptional service; whether it's simple dry cleaning or extensive alterations, they can be trusted with any task big or small. I highly recommend coming here if you're close to Divis.

We dropped off about 30 pieces to be dry cleaned as well as an item that needed stain removal. Our local cleaner by our house doesn't do onsite, so we came here only because the stain was pretty terrible, the item was very expensive and we wanted to use a dry cleaner that had on-site services to prevent it from potentially being lost or damaged further.

The service was fast, very well-managed business, friendly owner and our clothes came out clean and pressed perfectly. Absolutely zero complaints! But we probably will only use them for speciality jobs and won't use them for our normal dry cleaning runs. It's not close to the house and the price for onsite cleaning is very expensive. For a similar order at my local cleaner it's about $50 cheaper.
