I had to have my air conditioner replaced on my van and these guys went above and beyond getting my new ac unit ordered and installed! I will definitely be using them in the future.

I have a Year 2000 Lance Camper with the original Propane Generac Generator... It is 24 years old now and the generator runs for 3-4 minutes and dies like someone hit the kill switch... ViaRV mobile tech came by to look at it... He was able to adjust the idle speed and like magic it keeps running now! I asked him to do the 50 hour maintenance valve adjustment and he didn't know where to start... It turns out he has limited experience on these generators... So I knocked off one star for not having the skill/knowledge to do the maintenance... But he was nice enough to give me a 6 month warranty on the work he did complete... He charged $150 for his travel, and one hour of labor time for his adjusting of the idle... Not perfect, but good enough...

We were visiting a RV park in San Francisco. On the day we were going to leave, our big slide would not go in on our 38' RV. We called 3 different mobile RV repair places. Via was the only place to respond that day and communicated about when he could come. The next day he came and fixed our slide.

Great work done by a great mechanic. My only complaint with this organization is they don't communicate well with the customer. I'm the type that likes to know what's going on at every step in the game. I did not feel that I was kept in the loop. Overall the job was well done. He kept my rig for about three weeks though with no call or explanation of why. It's all good now. If you are not into communicating as I am, this might be exactly the place for you.

Took two months and three trips and still not able to complete repair. Took parts home to complete myself. Wrong part, worse the tech cut the wires so had to order part and new wires.
On more than one occasion shop would open late or close early.
Scheduled the repair mid December and told early February that other clients had come on so would have to put my job down for after recent jobs.

These guys saved my butt. Personable, nice people. If you need RV service, I recommend going here. #rvservice #rvrepair

Roger was amazing! Although I can't comment on their work/repair skill, I can attest to their customer service ! I called him about leveling jack issue, stovetop not working and a command center issue.. he went through some trouble shooting issue with me and fixed the problem! I think most RV places would have had you come in and most likely charge a hefty fee to "fix" the issue... customer service like this, especially in the RV industry, is hard to find.. that being said They will definitely have a NEW customer for life !!!!!! Thanks for being honest and helpful!

Came here to have maintenance check up for my RV. I feel ViaRV technicians are knowledgeable with RV and even gave me some tips. I appreciate honest mechanics with reasonable price. I have been fortunate to find trustworthy mechanics for my car and now ViaRV for my RV. I would recommend these guys and service. It was really a pleasant experience and would come back in the future.

We just bought a used RV and needed some issues addressed. Brought it to Viarv to get checked out and repaired. The main problems I had were the a/c not coming on, generator stalling and partial electric out inside the RV. We were told that the generator needed a part and it should work. They ordered the part and put it in and I was told that it was good to go. They also said they had the electrical and a/c working as well, only problem was that the a/c would not shut off. After a week of them having our RV, we called to see what the status was and we're told that the generator would probably need another part. We asked why no one called to tell us that there was more work to be done and decided to just go and pick up our rig. Well $700 later, a/c is not working and the same electrical problem exists. Aside for changing a part in the generator, what in the hell did they do?? DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! We are now waiting for another shop to properly fix our rig. Depending on what they find, we may have to contact California Bureau of Automotive Repair.
