Vic just installed a toilet for me and last year he installed a water heater. My daughter and me have used Vic's for unclogging drains and fixing toilets at 2 rental units.

Vic is very honest and he stands by his work. After he installed my new toilet, we noticed a slight rocking. Vic came out after installing the toilet and noticed the problem and fixed it at no additional charge.

He is very responsive and always timely. I would wholehearted recommend this service.

Vic was awesome! He came to fix a leak in my shower. He was super nice and got me in the following day after I messaged him. I mentioned that our sink's In-sink-erator was stuck and he fixed it as well. So friendly and very helpful!

5 Star experience with Vic.

We have a dual flush toilet that had a fill valve replaced incorrectly by a handyman. The toilet wouldn't flush completely and would run longer than it should after a flush. Lesson learned; call a plumber for toilet repairs.

Enter Vic.

We selected him based on many outstanding reviews on multiple websites. He quickly replied to a voicemail and asked for a photo and video of the flush issue. Vic quoted a fair estimate, and told us he'd work us in as quickly as possible -- within a day or two.

An hour later he called back to say he could come by same day on his way to another job nearby. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with the toilet quickly, and made the appropriate adjustments.

Vic is personable and professional. He's the kind of plumber whose contact information you want to have saved in your phone.

Vic resolved a non-urgent toilet issue quickly, fixed a sink problem and even taught me how to fix it on my own if the need arose again. He responded promptly to initial request and arrived on time for the appointment. I was very pleased.

Today was the 2nd time we've used Vic's Handy Plumbing. The first time was a bit over a year ago when our kitchen sink was clogged. We have very old pipes and our landlord just doesn't care. He came out, climbed on our dangerous roof to get his snake down the pipes to unclog. He explained what we could do to prevent this in the future and we haven't had any problems with that sink since!

Fast forward to 2 days ago, yet another clog we couldn't troubleshoot ourselves in our bathroom sink. We even invested in a decent snake and couldn't do it ourselves. Vic showed up 4 hours after I called, snaked the line, checked for leaks and let us know what we could do with that sink to prevent toothpaste buildup in these old pipes, etc.

I trust this guy, and he's super friendly. Prices seem to be comparable to other places and honestly, I'd pick him over all of them in a heartbeat.

Vic responded promptly to my request for a quote and gave me an upfront estimate and possible diagnosis based on photos. He was very responsive to my messages and came over at the earliest. He was courteous, professional and quick. He fixed the issues, explained everything and charged exactly as estimated, which was very reasonable. Will definitely call Vic for our plumbing needs in the future.

Vic replaced a toilet for me. He was professional, friendly and fast. He responded quickly to my phone call and asked for photos so as not to waste a trip here and then have to go to Home Depot. After diagnosing the problem via photo, he was able to arrive with new toilet and quickly install it.
