This business is great. It is more than a simple car wash. They offer fast, effective car cleaning inside and out. Their staff are friendly and very hard working. My car feels like new after a clean. It is not a full detail but they also do not charge hundreds of dollars. I feel their work is very good value. Thanks guys!

Went for an exterior wash only. Great service. Too bad the full serve was lined up and I didn't have time to wait. I will go back!

Hey Douchbag in the White Tesla in the self wash area today! I knew my bike running was pissing you off! This is because you were acting so privileged. While in line, you cleaned the inside of your tesla. You made people wait while you did this so that they couldn't move forward. When you finally made it into the stall, you took so ridiculously long! 6 or 7 cars and my bike were cleaned by the time you pulled out of the bay. You then pulled up next to me and had the nerve to tell me to "shut my bike off" like it was "bothering" you. You didn't get the response you deserved but...As I said to you, "If you don't like noise, don't go OUTSIDE!"

Privileged piece of dirt! You should always think before you decide to open your arrogant, privileged mouth. Next time, I will ensure that you go to every vehicle that you delayed and profusely apologize to those that you so easily disregarded Scumbag!

Victoria Car Wash...You should put a time limit on users of the self car wash. Too many people act like they are the only people on the planet. This is why you are getting a bad rating from me. Otherwise, great place!

Very good cleaning inside and out, and worth the $27 cost. My plastic floor mats were cleaner than they've been for a long while. Interior was all vacuumed. I watched as they cleaned the inside of the front windscreen, and wiped down what I knew to have been a very dusty dash and console. As for the exterior, there was a little tree sap residue left, but the exterior of the car was much cleaner than my gas station wash of a couple of months ago.

I has some bird dropping on my car and they wouldn't take a cloth and spend 30 seconds to deal with them. All they do is brush and put it through the machine.

10 cars that came in after us were routed to the front of the line. After the wash was done, the entire back of the car was missed and after we brought that to there attention, they wiped it with a cloth even though we paid for the Gold service with wax etc. First guy that was vacuuming was eating chocolates and dropped three into the car and they got ground into the carpet. The hand dry kids were talking to each other and so engrossed in each other they weren't even looking at the car and missed a lot. Pine needles that had accumulated in the windshield wiper well were totally missed.

This place is a ripe off and I highly recommend you find another car wash. These guys have lost their edge and don't care.

I've been going to this car wash for years and usually get the full service special on Tuesdays. My car looked clean inside and out except for both the side mirrors were left untouched.
What I didnt appreciate: a seat belt knife attached to a climbing carabiner was taken out of my side pocket.
Keep anything like those items in your locked glove box. I will from now on if I go back.

Way cheaper and way faster than I expected. Great job for 25 bucks. Friendly staff too

Rarely does a person purchase something Gold and end up getting anything but. We put our car through today and one side was completely uncleaned. Then we complained and they put the car through the wash again. The same side was not cleaned. We complained and they said that one washer was not working and that side is cleaned manually. I guess the manual person couldn't care less about cleaning the car either. Also, the hood and other side door still had bird poo stains. We pointed them out and they manually cleaned them. We can tell you that the staff of cleaners could not care less about cleaning the car properly. What would happen if they actually cared about what they did? It's not worth the cost or the hassle.

Not even close. The manager looks like he dragged himself out of a gutter. Has zero management skills when talkibg to him. Says its first come first service while his wash team tell you to wait. Was third person in line and was told they would let me when to pull into the cleaning bay. Was acknowledged several times. All the while 21 other cars got pushed through.

Car wash Staff are friendly and great to deal with. However the owners should promote someone off the floor into management and fire the current manager. They need a better system to prevent cars from waiting.

Overall my 16 year old daughter has better organization skills, manners, and common sense than the current manager.

Will never get my vehicles cleaned here again
