We recently had to vacate because we sold our RV but just wanted to leave a review on our experience. The site is very clean and well maintained. There's an area with a hose if you want to rinse off your RV before storing. The staff is wonderful, accommodating and communicative. We plan on buying an RV again in the future and plan on coming back here to use their services. I can't say one bad thing about this place. I highly recommend! I didn't want to leave a review bc I wanted to keep this little gem to ourselves so there would be still be room by the time we're ready to store again. ;) But hey. They deserve it. I had a pleasant experience with them.

Nivea has been a huge help the past few weeks in helping me get everything updated with the account, authorizations, and other administrative matters. I was very pleased with her professionalism and personable approach with customer support. That makes me all the more confident and determined to stick with this particular location. Thank you.

Great place to store my RV. Very clean, has area to put air in your tires and dump site. Rv is in enclosed area with security cameras. Employee Jacqueline is such a helpful and courteous person. I called about a concern and she followed through quickly and took care of my situation. Highly recommend this facility

I used Victoria RV Storage for my RV for the last 3 years. I had an indoor storage for my 33 foot RV. I really appreciated the convenience and the service they provided.
They were very clean. It was a safe place to store my RV. I would recommend this place to anyone with an RV.

I recently moved out of a storage facility in Rancho Cucamonga and moved into Victoria RV & Boat Storage also located in Rancho Cucamonga. The difference is like night and day! Victoria RV & Boat Storage is extremely clean and well organized. The staff, Diego and Barbara are pleasant to work with. The move in process was seamless. Diego made sure my private storage unit was clean and all outlets, lights and door were working properly. He thoroughly explained the policies of the facility and took his time doing so to insure that I understood everything before signing the rental agreement. I am confident that my luxury shuttle bus will be safe and secure at Victoria RV & Boat Storage!

This storage facility is great! Great location and easy to do business with. I have checked out many storage facilities but this location was well organized and very secure.

I had an issue with my key and Linda was very pleasant and extremely helpful!

And as an added bonus, the bathrooms at this location are spotless and smelled good.

I give this facility 2 thumbs up!

Easy access friendly staff, also the protection here is amazing armed guard and gated.
We come by 1 once month to use their wash stations.

To keep are toys clean.

I never got around to parking my boat at this facility and still had a horrible experience. Reserved a spot back in early March for the 2nd facility that was set to open late April... fast forward to the middle of August and I get a email stating that they are now ready to open. NO INTERMEDIATE CHECK INS OR ASKING IF WE STILL NEEDED THE STORAGE. We had to find alternative storage for our boat in the interim and no longer need the space.

These folks had the courage to tell me the reservation deposit is non-refundable. Even though it took them an extra 4 months to get our reserved spot open.

Horrible customer service, horrible communication.
