From start to finish such a great experience. The front is nice and well organized and so many frames to choose from. Amanda did a great job explaining all the different options you have but doesn't pressure you into buying something you don't need or want. The doctor was efficient and was clear with what she was doing and would ask if you were comfortable and understand. The front sales person was also super helpful and was able to look at different frames that fit you and look good.

Steasy and Amanda are super professional, and they get my silhouette's small piece changed from my old glasses for free. They really care and give a value their customer. I strongly recommend their optic's shop.

The employee who assists with picking out frames and reviews your insurance was friendly and engaging up until we saw what the copay was with our insurance and decided against getting extra frames. She then turned "OFF" the charm as soon as we weren't $$$ anymore. I asked for a copy of the insurance breakdown and she said she couldn't give that to me and immediately moved onto a new client. The optometrist was also nice but extremely clinical in nature and lacking a good bedside manner. No personal touch, it felt very robotic and revenue focused vs genuine care. We will not be returning.

Very friendly staff and prices are reasonabl. I received my new glasses in couple of days. They test ur eyes on permisses and in couple of days u will receive ur new glasses.

Walked in and Janae was very helpful right off bat. I explained to her my fitment issue with my new pair of glasses (never again ordering online). Amazing place for all of your optic needs. I have done my glasses and frames from here many times so far. The staff especially Amanda is superb. Will help you find the right frame without hurrying you. Make sure you ask for her when you visit. Also they have a good collection of frames plus brands. My go to is Armani frames and they have plenty.
