      I'm surprised at all the abysmal reviews here, but maybe I'm just an outlier?

      I've parked my car here on two occasions thus far and have not had any issues. Communication is prompt and the prices are very fair, equating to about $9-10 a day when you also factor in airport fees, taxes, etc.

      The place does look kinda sketch, and you may miss it if you're going there at night/are driving too quickly down the street.

      They give you a little pink slip and ask which airline/flight you're taking prior to boarding you onto their shuttle to bring you to the airport. They're located less than a mile from the Oakland airport so it takes all of 5 minutes to get there. That being said, I'd still recommend getting there early in case they have multiple parties they need to check in at the same time to bring over there.

      The pink slip has info on how to contact them to get your car back (can call or text; the preferred hours for texting are listed) and/or if you need to update them about flight delays. (if I recall correctly, no extra charge if it is within a four hour window of the amount of time you initially paid for unless it's past midnight/the next day.)

      They've gotten back to me super quick every time I've contacted them (between 2-5min). Would book with them again!

      My flight ended up being delayed and an extra 1.5 hours

      DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! The absolute worse customer service in history. We booked our reservation for Sunday July 7, 2024 until Saturday July 13, 2024 for a family vacation. When we arrived around 2am, it's was dark, eerie and the gate was closed. So I called the number and a man picked up with the rudest responses ever. He came to open the gate and repeated himself with a mean tone about how lucky we are and that he will take us. They do not operate 24 hours like they advertise, SMH. He made my kids put in their own luggage's in and out of the shuttle. He gave us the run down of what we needed to do upon return, again in just the rudest manner. Like we inconvenienced him, why work there then?

      The day we were supposed to return, there was a delayed so we were not retuning until Monday July 15, 2024. We called the number and he said to text him. Which my husband has been in communication with about our return. Never once he mentioned payments were needed daily that we were late. They have my credit card on file, so I assumed they'll take payment from there or I'll make payment confirmation upon my return.

      When I arrived at OAK, I left my family to go get the car. I called him to let him know I'm walking to the waiting area and he responded rudely for me to be outside waiting. SMH. I was out there waiting and with was another man. He never asked the other customer for his ticket but rudely asked for mine and told him I had mine and if he wants it now or when we get to the yard. He said now rudely and yanked it from hand. It's was late and I was tired, I just wanted to get my family and go home so I brushed it off. When we got to the yard, he parked the shuttle blocking my car. I was carrying a heavy back pack I was going to put it down in my car which was blocked and go talk about the 2 days. As
      I walked near my car he yelled at me that I owed him 2 days. I said ok, I never said I wasn't going to pay. Then he kept telling me that I owe him 2 days, I'm late. I told him we've been in communication with you this whole time about that, then he yelled again that I owe him 2 days. It upset me by now so I for the first time in my life that yelled back at anyone. I asked why is he being such an azzhole? The minute we drove in he was rude and continued to be extremely rude upon our return, I was not going to take that. He then calls me names, everything in the book saying I'm a F'en B, Ahole, stupid and so forth. I know the other customer heard because as he was going into his car, I can see him turn his head around. The old man/worker proceed to call me names as he walked into the office. I put my stuff in my car and walked into the office. He threaten to call the police on me which I wish he would, I have all the proof of my communication with him and it's obvious I couldn't leave anyways. He just continues to talk smack to me, at this point just wanted to get the h3ll out of there. Then he tells me he has to go to the airport, ok? Never once said he's ready for payment, I initiated it by handing him my credit card. He asked for my number 10+ times and then he walks away. I asked for a receipt and he said, I sent to your phone, why do you think I asked. I had no clue how he was processing the payment, so I checked and I did received receipt. I also commented on it the app payment what I posted here in shorter version since it was limited. And he had the audacity to respond, see picture. He's an ugly person inside.

      Never once have I had anyone yell, curse and call me names as part of doing their business. I am not one to be rude especially to have an ugly dispute like we did.

      This man needs to retire or quit. If he's not happy about doing his job and if he's the owner, he needs to close business. He's absolutely the worse person ever.

      I would love to know if he's the owner, if not I would love for management or the owner to contact me.

      Leaving a bad review here seems a little redundant - not unlike beating a dead horse, but I couldn't let this one slide.

      All the negative comments mentioned in the reviews before this one pretty much cover all the issues with this place, so sharing my personal experience won't make it sound any worse. There are plenty of other choices in the area - why people would choose to leave their car here is beyond my comprehension.

      Pick another spot!

      Affordable and very convenient. The free shuttle is a nice touch. Be sure to read the directions when you book about calling in advance so they can ensure the shuttle is ready for you. Will be parking here again.

      Never answered phone to pick us up from airport when we returned. Plane was scheduled to arrive in Oakland at 12:15. No one is answering phone & we are still at airport & cold. We deserve a refund for such rudeness and lack of professionalism. We are stuck here at the airport. The guy wrote the time we get in on our ticket & still no one was available/ no one answering. May I add I'm disabled.
      Update - finally connected with someone after 2 am. Still never came to get us. At 3am another parking service came back to airport and saw we were still there and asked if they could help. They gave hubby a ride to VIP Airport parking and the VIP dude was there & just leaving to pick us up!!!!!What a joke. We should be refunded and compensated for such rudeness and poor customer service.

      Do not reserve this parking. I made a reservation on Spot Hero. Scheduled 0400 check in and 4PM check out 4 days later. We arrived at 345 for checkin, and the elderly man who works here. I believe lives here in his camper trailer. He is extremely rude and not professional. We had to call him to open the gate and he yelled at us. It took him 20 minutes to let us into the shuttle and another extended time to get the shuttle going. There are signs on the van door to not touch anything or the door. He said it would cost thousands to fix. He is an elderly man so I understand why he couldn't not help with loading luggage. But he was very rude and temperamental.

      I made a reservation to park here thru AirportParkingReservation.com
      and paid in full on back in Nov for Dec 25 - 31. I received an email cancelling my reservation yesterday (23rd). I called and they just claimed it was overbooked. What's the point of making reservation a month back? I argued with them and they just said overbook. I told them I am going to write a bad review and they don't really care.
      The worst part was I didn't get a full refund due to their overbooking. The $6 service charge was taken. It is absolutely unreasonable. I am not the one to cancel the reservation.
      Lots of the parking places are full and I have to spend time looking for another one the day before I take off and during the peak holiday travel period!

      Do not park here the guy that runs the place overnight is a complete a$$hole ... arrived around 5am followed him into the lot and he parks, so I go around his van to park safely he bangs on my trunk and approaches the passenger side window where my young daughter was and says very rudely" what are you doing here I parked and you go around me show me your reservation now! "

      Not one to deal with anyone's BS I returned the attitude to which he says get the F off my lot, again in front of my young daughter and refused to refund my reservation! Def not a way to start a Disney vacation, and definitely not VIP service!

      I made a reservation to park here thru AirportParkingReservation.com
      and paid in full on Nov. 17th. I paid for Dec. 22-27. I received an email cancelling my reservation on Dec. 21st. The stated reason was the lot had overbooked. ???
      The whole thing seems pretty suspect and horrible to try to find something else a day before leaving.

      The service here was great! They took me directly to the airport when I arrived, they were very clear about where to go to be picked up, when I called to tell them I had arrived, they were there within a matter of minutes to pick me up, even at midnight! They carried my luggage, opened my door and everything.
      The lot looks tiny and a little janky when you pull up and the parking is tight, but I think that serves well so they can see everyone that enters!

      I'm Very happy with my experience, I will definitely park here next time!
