WE purchased a refirbist 2020 EZGO cart from Dickey after a stupid mistake coupled with a dishonest misrepresentation of the cart pruchased off Craig's List. The service he provided wasprovided was similar to the cart we bought---GREAT. Mike

Very disappointed with our last service. VIP picked up our golf cart from our home to replace the battery.
When they returned it they knocked on our door asking for a signature and that the cart was in the driveway.
My husband was on a conference call at the time and signed it. When he was done he went to put the cart away and noticed the white leather upholstery had a large orange stain on the seat and the back.
When my husband called VIP they said sorry you signed off on it. It is absolutely astonishing that the person who delivered it would not say something as he had to drive it into the driveway.
My husband signed thinking it was to acknowledge receipt of the cart and never thought he had to inspect for damage for a battery replacement.
Diablo Country is very disappointed in hearing this. I will be informing the other clubs as well.

I cannot express enough how much I recommend this family run business.
In the past 4 years I have had a maintenance contract with VIP for a golf cart that I did not purchase from them.
Last weekend my teenage daughter was driving my cart down a hill and discovered that the brakes weren't working. She had no choice but to crash the cart into the back of a cement truck. My daughter made the right call. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital with some broken teeth and a busted lip.
I immediately reached out for Dickey, owner of VIP, I asked him to please come and tow the cart away immediately as I didn't want our small community to be coming up and looking at the crash scene. I assumed people would assume the worst and think my daughter was driving recklessly. I knew she had no brakes. The community doesn't know this.
Dickey and his employee were there first thing Sunday morning to take my demolished cart away. I knew right then that I would buy and maintain a new cart through VIP.

Krista deftly handles all the scheduling on the phone in a friendly conscientious manner.

They will take good care of your golf cart moving it from shop to your home. I can this team so much I even had them deliver the cart to my home after servicing when I wasn't home.

We purchased a new Etech golf cart from VIP and we love it.
Dickie and Jen and their entire team
are all wonderful to work with.
They are personable, professional, and always very responsive.
They are so accommodating-
always scheduling us as quickly as possible for any maintenance or repairs.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dickie will try and rip you off! He took advantage of my folks. Kept the golf cart for over two weeks and told them a bunch of repairs were needed costing nearly $3000! Took the cart to another mechanic who fixed it in 30 minutes and charged less than $200. Rossmoor residents beware.

I NEVER leave reviews but could not let these guys scam another soul. Stay away at all costs. These guys are nothing but crooks who prey on the elderly at Rossmoor. I can't believe anybody in their right mind would recommend these unethical criminals. They will first charge you a $300 diagnostic and then claim that you need thousands in repairs after sitting on your cart for weeks just so that they can upsell you on a new cart. When taking to another business for a second opinion, repairs were $150 and completed within an hour. I will be letting all my Rossmoor friends know what an unscrupulous business this is.
