Best repair shop ever!!!!!! These guys can fix anything. From small engines to golf carts to tractors. If it can fit through their doors it's getting repaired. Anytime something breaks down or needs to be serviced these guys handle it in the best way to give me a piece of mind. They're very professional, trustworthy, and always have my repairs done in the promised time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Mo, Farah, and Kadeem at VIP!!!! You guys rock!!!!

I got an Edison cart from them for $2,100 less than another local shop with a lot more upgrades like lights, extended cab, board charger, and gel batteries

Outstanding in every way!! We bought a 4 seater golf cart in late 2022 and have nothing but positive things to say about the cart, the support team and the whole process. Having moved to El Macero we wanted a golf cart that would be great quality for a reasonable price and the staff went above and beyond for us! We are already planning to buy our second golf cart from VIP Golf Carts in the coming year.

We ordered a golf cart for our wedding on a farm in Placerville and the truck company that was supposed to deliver it (not affiliated with VIP) got a flat tire and didn't tell VIP about it until it was already a few hours late. So Farah and Mohammad got into their truck and personally delivered another cart themselves all the way from Sacramento! ...a beautiful, brand new, bright red golf cart that worked great. They even gave me a discount due to the cart arriving late. Fantastic service and a personal touch to save our wedding day. Thank you VIP!

This is my second review as if first was not bad enough. I just found out from another shop that all the battery wiring done on my cart by VIP was wrong. Apparently, they jumped wires across solenoids where it did not have any speeds. It would jump on me when pressed the accelerator. I only had one speed. I tried to get help from them, but they are not open and work on appointments only. After several attempts to reach them, I finally got a rude phone call back and gave up. I received no cooperation so had to take to another shop. I was supposed to do a parade on the 15th, but it won't be fixed by then.

I had the best service and the best experience at the VIP Golf Carts. The work was very precise and in a timely manner. They get things done right the first time. I absolutely recommend them as the quality and attention to detail is hard to find nowadays.

Brought my generator to Mohammed. I explained the issues at hand. Now, my generator runs flawlessly, better than ever. This is a five star business. Mohamed's integrity and honesty exceeded my expectations and I'm in the customer service business myself. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I bought a used golf cart few years back and never had time to get the cart fixed up to drive safely. The team at VIP Golf Carts took care of it for me and even fixed some extra stuff without charging me. Friendly team, kept me updated during the process, and price was reasonable. I would use them again.

I entered this store Saturday morning and was happily greeted by the owner Mohammad and his cheerful wife , I presented a big mechanical issue I was enduring and they took there precious time out and helped me solve the problem and even offered to come out and take a look at this failure.
Kadeem was helpful as well by offering his insight to which I have recently invested into and have gotten very positive results. I am a pleased consumer and will always come running back thank you guys splendid work .
