VIP Pro Moving

This was my first time moving with a professional company and I was so impressed. I actually spoke with four different moving companies before deciding; a lot of the other companies were unresponsive or grossly overquoted prices, some even double. VIP Pro was the best company I spoke with and that's why I decided to go with them.

My main point of contact was Alex who struck me as transparent and honest from the first day he came to inspect the home to give me an estimate. He was also responsive to my emails and other inquiries leading up to the moving day. On moving day, the team led by Eddie was professional, polite, and efficient. I was very happy by how well they packed and wrapped up all the furniture and TV. They handled all my boxes and items with care and they never tossed or threw anything. I could rest assured knowing all the items would be safe during transport. I'm definitely going to be using their services in the future and recommending them to all my precious family and friends for all their moving needs. Highly recommend you use their services!

Be prepared to pay +$600 on top of their estimates. The salesperson quoted me 3 movers for what they said would be a 6-7 hour job. We weren't even done loading the truck after 7 hours. They also omitted mentioning the rate increases by 1.5x after 8 hours (they left that for the fine print).

The movers themselves were good and respectful and this review is not a reflection of them. It's mainly the business practices of the sales team. I felt pretty duped by Yana who conveniently was unreachable after the work had started. They would not answer calls from myself or their own employees and no other sales people were available to speak to a few hours in. The movers would not leave my home until after 10pm when I signed an authorization form to charge my card, even though they already had charged it. This form is mainly to protect them from you contesting the additional charges (again, read the fine print). Based on my poor experience I was hoping someone would reach out to me but never heard from them. They got their money so who cares right?

Had an absolutely amazing experience with VIP Pro Moving , from the beginning Alex made it easy by conducting a zoom call to show him around the house so they can get an idea of what they are working with wi h made it easy and convenient for me. He kept following up on my status of moving and worked around my schedule where I had to change the dates few times and when the time came to move Talant and his crew showed up on time , the workers were all professional, polite, neat and kind. They did not stop working from the moment they arrived until the last box was unloaded I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company.

Price is fair and they deserve every dollar I spent. They saved me from the hassle of moving and helped me manage the stress from moving !

Tim and his team are the best. I would highly recommend this company for my friend's next move. They are super careful with your furniture.

The two delivery guys, Tim and Ramazan so helpful and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. So professional and They even fixed one of our drawers that was falling apart;). Movers reached out on morning of and arrived around 830. They assessed what needed to be packed and moved and promptly got to work. They packed and brought supplies. They were very efficient, also able to stop at our nearby storage facility on our way to our new place. Overall happy with how the move went
