VIP Repairs

I had an outstanding experience at VIP Repairs, recently. Not only did they quickly and accurately diagnose the problem, but they went further to ensure there weren't any other problems with my battery-powered lawn mower. The initial problem was structural but Mohammad conducted a comprehensive analysis to ensure the mower was cutting correctly, the charger was working properly and the battery was holding a charge (it wasn't).

I was so impressed, I brought over my son's gas mower and they fixed it on the spot. I was expecting to pay quite a bit for the repair of both mowers. However, the bill I received, for what they did, left me feeling I should be paying more. It was just an incredible value.

Due to their customer service, quick responses, expertise in all aspects of mower and other gas/electric devices, my rating of VIP Repairs couldn't be higher. I just wish all small businesses were as user-friendly as Mohammad and Farah.

they are very busy, I had to wait about 4 weeks for service. The discovered the problem quickly, I was expecting a big bill but was surprised how low it was. The golf cart rides very well, it is old. built in 1986. It's as peppy as the new models.

Went in to get a filter for a very old lawnmower. Turns out those types of filters aren't carried in stock anymore. They cleaned my old filter and gave me another filter that he altered and said might fit. It did. All this and he didn't charge me a a penny.

I dropped off my lawn mower it was not working, being new to the area. I Google lawn mower repair. VIP repairs was one of the shops that came up.They are awesome, professional, efficient. And I would even bring my car to them if they did out of repair. There's! They went above and beyond the Call of Duty and even repaired my license plate on my vehicle. , at no charge. They're wonderful trying out!

The owner told me someone would be in all day so I could pick up my lawnmower. When I got there the door was locked and there was a sign that said only open on Saturdays, 11-2. So I went home and called the number. No one answered. Later I got a call from the owner who said they were open all day. When I told her the door was locked when I got there, she said someone had tried to break into the business three times the night before so the employee has to lock the door when he goes to the bathroom and that I should have waited. She also said I should have called from there but when I told her I didn't own a cell phone, she scoffed at me. And since no one answered when I called from home, I still would have left if i had called from the business. She thought it was unreasonable for the employee to put a sign up saying, "Back in 5 minutes."

Take a long time to quote, 3 days, on yelp. Very argumentative. Works long hours and then complains about it to prospective customers. Not a bad quote if you want to put up with the attitude.

Amazing customer service! Farrah was very attentive. I called her on my lunch and explained to her my situation about my lawn mower. She was very helpful and my lawn mower repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Farrah even helped me load up my lawn mower in my car and laid down a sheet to make sure my car didn't get dirty. I received exceptional customer service from here
I recommend you to give them a try!

VIP Repair is a great repair shop for garden equipment o had my lawn mower, weedeater, and blower all serviced and the now they all work like brand new this store is the greatest everbody need to go to this shop for all your lawn equipment repairs

Desperate girl was in need!

My thanks and my appreciation goes out to VIP repairs. I was in desperate need of getting my riding lawnmower started. I called VIP repairs. I got this lovely lady name "Farah" answer the phone immediately she put me at ease I told her my issue and she did everything in her power to get me an appointment.
As soon as I know it I got a phone call from VIP repairs it was "Kadeem" from VIPs repair. He came to my house to diagnose the problem right away I needed a tuneup . he was very gracious his customer service was outstanding and hour later I have my writing riding lawnmower working again I feel so grateful for them what great customer service i'm one happy girl if you need anything please call them they will do anything to meet your needs.
