Vision Auto Glass

Excellent service and reasonably priced! I highly recommend Vision Auto Glass for windshield repair. I had about a half inch crack in the center of my windshield repaired this morning. Steve and his assistant came over early in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat (heat is no bueno during the resin-based repair.)

They were professional, friendly and efficient and Steve explained the process as they performed the repair and also confirmed there was a slight risk of the crack spreading during the repair. The repair took less than 30 minutes and the crack didn't spread... in fact, it looks better than it did before - from an obvious fracture to two small dots. (Note it's not a cosmetic repair, so I'm sure results would vary.)

Second time serviced when I ended up with a cracked windshield from an annoying truck carrying pebbles/rocks on the highway. I need to make a mental note-keep FAR away from open back trucks on the freeway if looking anything like a possible pebble/rock load!
Quick reply, arranging an appointment quick next day and as scheduled arrived on time at the comfort of my home!
Hoping I won't need to use again for a very long time however if I do I surely am grateful that I know who to call back!

Confirmed an appointment for today, never heard from him. When I called he said he thought it was for another day. Needed to get the windshield replaced today.

I received a response from the owner, Steve, immediately. He was professional and arrived at my house on time to inspect the damage. However, after a closer look, it ended up being just a little mark on the window shield. He wiped it off.

Steve was honest and didn't charge any. I offered to pay the trip charge, but he said, "It was a nice day to drive, thank you anyway!"

Vision Auto came over to have a look at the windshield on a new used car I had just bought. The dealer wasn't willing to replace the windshield due to just a few nicks, and it was a seller's market so to speak. Not much I could do.

So... I thought I'd have someone take a look. The techs from Vision were great about scheduling and follow up. They were prepared to replace the windshield if needed, but after inspecting it they pointed out places where previous repairs were made and I just didn't know it. (I had thought most windshield repairs were mostly invisible, but that's not the case.)

The windshield was not perfect, but the techs said it was fully safe to drive and didn't see any cracking that would likely get worse. Six months later, it turns out they were 100% correct about that. And their service call to my house didn't cost me a thing.

I am very pleased with this company and the service it provided.
