What a great experience! Josie, Sal and the team were kind, honest, and professional! Went in for a wheel alignment and not only was I treated well, but everything was explained to me, from the time it would take to the alignment numbers and even where I could get a good cup of coffee while I wait. Highly recommend!

Vital auto service is the worst place to fix your car. Salvador is a very rude person. He thinks he is indispensible. He charges a lot, his parking space is cramped beware your car can get hit. A lady was there while I was waiting in line and she threw a tantrum at the mechanics for not giving any service. If you want incompetence, rudeness, and the risk of your car getting hit go to Salvador at vital not to mention his rates are close to dealer prices for poor and sub standard work.

why use him when you can walk across to the best mechanic and shop, Robbie at tech motors just across the street. He can service all including foreign cars and is a pleasure to work with

First and foremost Sal is a very honest man and would give you an honest diagnosis on your car which is very rare these days.Brought our family car in and he was very accurate on how long it would take to fix it and even pointed out a few things that we didn't know about.If I could give 10 stars i would.I highly recommend Sal and his team for all your car needs.

I've been going here for a few years now. Sal is kind and honest, which is so hard to come across in this field.

I went yesterday from America's tire for a alignment for 150 then he said he couldn't do it it's a lot of work , went from 150 to 432, he said I needed camber kit to do the job.. I went to my local mechanic instead and he said that's too high I got it done for less then 200 will not be doing buisness here, the manager was Salvador, and I got stock specs and went to dodge dealership to double check my alignment work

I tried calling a few times but they seem to never pick up in the morning or end of day. This shop was recommended to me by America's Tire for a wheel alignment. The prices are a little high compared to other shops so I didn't get it done here. When asking for a quote to get an after market part installed, they quoted me a high labor time cost. Had it done for a lot cheaper somewhere else.

The owner, Salvador, is usually the one that helps me.. and it's been over half a year since my last visit but seems like he still remembers me (which is nice). I come in for an oil and filter change with my own purchased oil and filter - so basically needing the labor service.

I have relocated to San Jose but I am in the Peninsula from time to time for work so I finally made the time to stop by and do a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon during lunch time. Of course it was bad timing.. it was completely packed. I told Salvador that I would hate to leave town without getting the service so he recommended me to come back after 4pm when it's not as busy.. so that's what I did. I only waited about 30 mins for the entire service. I left a happy customer and will continue to come back for the service!

Sal changed out my key cylinder and did a beautiful job. Very nice man and knows what he's doing. He was recommended to me and now I'm recommeding him to others.

Don't take your vehicle here. They don't know what there doing I paid a lot of money for bad work that had to be fixed by competent mechanics elsewhere.

Salvador is an honest man and a true master of his craft. Today my cover over catalytic converter was broken and making noise while driving. Salvador fixed it within a couple of hours and didn't charge me for this since I'm his regular customer. Kudos to Vital Auto Service for providing excellent service throughout my several visits
