I don't usually write reviews but I have to give a shout to Paul and his team. They installed a trailer hitch on my Subaru Outback on time and under estimate. Very easy to get ahold of and nice guys to work with. I believe they do a lot of after market performance work but I think they can do it all. Five stars!

Talk about customer service. I can't say enough about how I was treated at VK garage. My journey:

I contacted VK regarding lowering my brand new 2023 Pacifica Hybrid. I bought some after market 20's and the fender gap was killing me. It was sooo big and just looked like big wheels on a soccer mom van. Bleh. I couldn't find any option online for that model specifically and didn't want to chance purchasing something and it not working. Being a hybrid van was the concern with the extra battery weight and what not so I didn't think the spring kits would work right. Having no luck finding anything online, I kept reading about a bunch of people having success with VanKulture. I hit their website and inquired via email. Got a response in a few hours with the correct coil overs I needed and I ordered from them. Waited a few weeks for delivery and Paul reached out to me to let me know they arrived and would I like to also have them installed. I had already talked to my local mechanic and he said he could do the swap so I was armed with a quote. Paul came in close enough and told me they would work me to tune them to what I wanted (dampening and ride height) which my mechanic wasn't offering. So I went with VK even though it was a little over an hour away.

Customer Service: Paul was awesome. He texted me the day before to confirm and the morning of with instructions on how to get to the shop. I told him I didn't really have a ride back so if it was okay if I just hung around the shop. He said that was fine or there is a mall nearby I could go to. I chose to go to the movies at the mall instead while they worked. Paul offered to drop me off and pick me up which to me was over the top. We talked about ride height and dampening before leaving and off we went. During the ride we talked car stuff and about the product they suggested. I got the impression that he was confident in what I bought and what they could do, which was reassuring. He also texted me to let me know where they were with the process the entire time. When it came time for pick up, he picked me up in my own car and I was sitting there with a goofy grin on my face as I saw my van pull up. Lol.

Value: These guys really know what they are doing. That in and of itself is value to me. Sure they were a little more expensive but the care they took to understand what I was going for and discussed with me then delivered exactly what I wanted was worth the extra cost, to me anyway. To some the actual dollar amount may be the thing but you get what you pay for. I will gladly pay a few extra Sheckles for experience and know how.

Quality: The install turned out awesome. My van looks exactly how I pictured it and the ride is nice and tight. It drives more like a sports car than a soccer mom van. The drive home was nice, nothing rattled or fell off on the way home and Paul left me a bunch of swag. He even texted me the next day to check with how they did and if I had any questions.

I would recommend VK garage all day. If you need performance mods or suspension work, you can't go wrong with them. When I have other mods I want to do to either the van or any of my other cars, I'm reaching out to them first.

Staff is really cool and very knowledgeable with their craft in automotive. I was there with a friend getting work done with his van and one of the guys said to come on in and bring my vehicle inside so it doesn't get hot since it was a really hot day during that time. Very informative and kept the customer (my friend) up to date with progress when able. When it's time for me to get stuff done, I would most definitely be coming here as they were welcoming and polite. Definitely would recommend coming here. See you guys soon VKG.

Went to VK Garage to get my Model 3 tinted. While I was there they also had a wash/detail package that I opted for as well. Paul did an amazing job on letting me know the differences on the different types of tint and how they could benefit me. This helped me a lot with deciding which way to go. I decided to go with a ceramic tint due to all the added benefits. Paul and Norman did a great job tinting my Model 3 and took great care of me. I waited for my car, and while I was there, Paul and his team made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for another vehicle's tint and for parts. Thank you VK Garage for taking of me and my car!

I appreciated how prompt and timely the response was with VK Garage. I needed the interior of my car cleaned which was done well. VK Garage was professional and even worked with me to coordinate a drop off time that considered my work schedule. The service and price was great. Thank you for your service VK Garage!

After seeing nothing but 5 star reviews I phoned VK hoping to get lowering springs installed on a new Maverick. Larry fit me in on an early Saturday morning to do job. I came back a few days later and Norwin installed camber bolts. The reviews are spot on. These guys ARE the best and know their stuff. Run like a family and treated like family. Thanks VK!

Had some suspension work done here recently. They're knowledgeable, delivered as promised, and great guys! Very happy with how things turned out and swear my car feels faster too :P Would highly recommend

I remember back in the mid-2000s when I would look to Paul for advice on mod-friendly shops to take my cars to. I eventually sold the cars off by 2013-2014 and the cars I bought to replace them remained bone stock since I was getting old :)

I took advantage of the current seller's market and traded them in for brand new 2022 vehicles. The Lexus UX250h F Sport and Corolla Hatchback don't look too bad in stock form, but the mod bug bit me pretty hard, so I took them to VK Garage where Norwin expertly installed lowering springs on both of them and also an OEM spoiler on the hatchback. Thank you Norwin!

Paul and his men installed the wheels for a really good price. There was delay but the commutation has been consistent. Definitely will be back if I need more to be done on my car

These guys did a great job on my starlight headliner install! I bought the system and they installed exactly like we talked about in the planning process. Super responsive and progress photos and messages all along.
