I came here for the first time on Tuesday to dry clean 4 suits, 3 dress shirts, and a tie for a last-minute trip with an expected turnaround time of Thursday. Luke was so friendly and welcoming in handling my dry cleaning. Once done, I received an automated text message the next day that my clothes were ready to pick up early. Everything was perfectly cleaned, pressed, and folded.

I can't recommend Vogue Cleaners highly enough and they're now my go-to place.

Update: The owner's reply below further shows their arrogancy and disregard of truth.

I only asked them to redo my laundry once, which is my tie in this case. Youjin may argue that I also asked him re-press my suit, but that was just a reminder and I indeed paid for it (I wore it for couple weeks) -- I have receipts to prove this. Besides that there was no other "redo".

Youjin mentioned I "talk down to staff" and "lie". What's interesting is that this place actually has video recording. Youjin sent me the clip yesterday in which showed that I was friendly and told them I only "found out on Thursday coz I needed to wear it on Friday".

The owner himself proved my point that you really should not do business with them.

To Youjin: I think everyone reading this will be more convinced if you can show evidence to your point. I am afraid that the more you say the more harm it would do to your cleaner. Your reply about I "talk down to your staff" and "lie" can actually constitute defamation under CA law -- I happen to be a prospective lawyer and I can show you my credential if you think this is still a "lie".

To Fellow Customers: THEY DON'T DESERVE A HIGH REVIEW SCORE. DON'T EXPECT THEM TO CONCEDE THEIR FAULT AND BE PREPARED TO BE DISALLOWED TO GO THERE AFTER YOU POINT OUT THE ISSUE. The staff members can be very passive-aggressively disrespectful, and they will choose to judge you rather than say "no" to your special request, even though you asked them nicely. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEY ASSUME YOU WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM DESPITE HAVING NO PROOF.

I would also add the fact that this is my first and only nagative review because I really cannot tolerate this happening to me and to anyone.

Here is my story:
On July 13 I picked up my suit and ties from them. I didn't check everything -- as I usually trusted their service - until I found my tie's interlining was inappropriately pressed on the evening of July 18, making the end of my tie looked wrinkled. That's the only tie I have, and I needed it for a meeting on Friday, so I wore it a bit. The next day I went to them and explained the situation. When I picked up my tie today, the staff told me they would refuse future service for the following reasons: 1. I caused the tie issue and I lied to them, and 2. I asked for rush services too many times. I was literally shocked as I have been doing business with them for a long time, and I always thought people there were friendly. This is the first time in my life that I have been accused of such things. I told them they were closed when I found out the tie, and said I had lots of meetings, interviews and travels recently - still I always asked them nicely in advance and they always agreed. They kept refusing to apologize and my future business, and responding to my explaining with a "whatever" attitude.

To Management at the Vogue Cleaner: 1. I DIDN'T LIE TO YOU. I've paid you so much money so WHY SHOULD I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A $5 TIE PRESSING? You can ask questions, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFAME ANYONE AND SAY UNCORFIRMED BIAS. 2. If you are not comfortable with getting things rushed, EXPRESS IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! IT IS YOUR RESPONBILITY TO GET THINGS SORTED OUT, AND DON'T BLAME CUSTOMERS FOR LETTING YOU GET BUSY.
I don't recommend anyone going to them at all and I will submit my complaint to BBB and CCAPA.

How can you not love this place? Of course the service is more than perfect, but these two energetic and friendly two brothers make me come back to this place without a doubt. God bless the business and these two awesome owners!

They were able to clean my husband's suit in one day for a good price! I forgot the exact cost but around $30 for a 2 piece suit. We dropped it off Friday afternoon and picked it up Saturday afternoon. Service is friendly!

Good people, quality service! I took a nice suit in for cleaning, along with my wife's dress. They did a fine job.

My suit and wife's wedding gown were cleaned quicker than anticipated, and they even cleaned the gown bag for free!

Very clean and fast. Very reliable and they charge just right for the item. Nice, and very friendly staff. Parking is the downside here but you can park the side of the store on the street
