      The good is on time factor for flights. Nothing really bad since website explained on board fare cost. Can't remember if cost were show in US dollars along with Mexican pesos.

      I wasn't happy with this service once your done with the baggage check in where it's a horrible long experience that I had to go through it twice because of the line issues I was thinking that the way of airports has upgraded it's not only confusing and can't call to speak to someone when the app has technical difficulties

      I wish there was a 0 rating. Please be careful when booking a flight with volaris. The air fair is not the real airfare you see on their website. You will not be able to check in unless you pay for the additional visa fee for Mexico. It took me two hours to figure out the reason why I could not check in, after lots of texts with volaris they finally figure out what was missing. Unless you pay the extra $41.50 you won't be able to check in. I was also told there are no supervisors to help, they do not have that service.
      Even if you have double citizenship that allows you not to pay their website does not accept the proof of your documents from Mexico. No use complaining.. so a dishonest way of selling low price airfare tickets. They need to include it on the airfare and let you know that the tourist fee paid or not paid.

      Their customer service is horrible. Their phone redirects you to Whatsup and from there to their website where it is just insanely slow.

      Is not fair that @Volaris make you buy a membership in order to get the lowest price when flying alone with no luggage, and if you flying with family then you will need to buy the "friends and family" membership which is more expensive.
      This just start this year 01/01/2023.
      No happy with charging for everything and now they want to sell us their membership or you end up paying more for your plane fare.
      At the end is just business, I get it but do not obligate people to spend money in something they don't need!

      Volaris trick to make more money.

      Avoid this airline at all costs!

      After an 8 hour delay with no communication at all to customers nor anyone around to speak to, when I arrived at my destination, my bag never made it. They had me fill out a form and told me they'd deliver it in a few days when it makes it on the next flight. I never heard from them. I tried calling and they never answer. I message them daily on WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, via email, and even submitted a form on their website (which they told me I'd hear back in 24-48 hours). It's been almost a month and they won't even reply to me. I literally try to contact them daily.

      Any other airline, if they lost your bag, would at least answer the phone or email, explain their policy, and compensate you. Volaris has a lost bag policy on their website (with a terrible compensation amount, only like $80 USD, which doesn't even cover the cost of the bag itself), but they won't ever get back to you if you lose your bag. Essentially their policies are meaningless if they don't follow through with them. They scam customers and are untrustworthy.

      This company is terrible and based on their lack of replies to customers, I wonder how they are still in business. I'll never fly with them again.

      No customer service. They let over 50 people miss their flight to Cabo thru the CBX yesterday and would not help any of us. The worst experience of my life. The workers English was terrible. No one would help us. Flights missed, vacations ruined. Tons of money lost. No regard for their customers. I will never fly Volaris or do the CBX.

      El personal que tiene en el salvador es muy Malo Para trabajar , trabajan con una lentitu que no importa si uno llega temprano la Linea Para Pasar no se mueve las mujeres solo viendose las uñas y no trabajan y se ve la inesperiencia que tienen
      Espero y remplasen estas personas por personas que si quieran trabajar porque uno paga su vuelo no para que lo traten Como si gratis lo traen.

      I wish I was able to do a half quarter star review (but only because they exist and I don't have to do any layovers) Worse airline in the WHOLE world and promise not exaggerating. they can't answer your question,they will hang up on you. If your bag goes over 5 pounds $100 charge. If you forgot (which I did) a middle name in your reservation; you have to call the president of Mexico. They will give you a hard time mainly coming back into the country even with a USA passport (not exaggerating) or buy a new ticket to come back or you can just hire a coyote (might be cheaper and faster).


      HATE THEM. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE USA

      Ps NOT a cheap AT ALL; they get you after all the charges. You should budget for a $3000.00 round trip (after all the fees and not counting the inconvenience).

      Do not book volaris, they are so dishonest! Charged my parents (humble older people) for 4 luggage's when they only had 3. The person named JUAN-employee ID#256707 charged them, realized he was wrong and still left it like that. Did not want to own up for his mistake. We talked to the Maneger maned ZENDY/ZANDY -Employee ID#247480 (don't know how to spell her name) She did Absolutely NOTHING ! She took her coworker side. ON THEIR WAY TO BOARD, JUAN FORGOT TO PRINT MY PARENTS BOARDING PASS! I was completely stunned of how unprofessional they are. They do not treat you like a human being. No customer service.

      The manager Maria was very rude and sarcastic. We were showing her proof of our luggage receipt. She didn't even eat to look at our proof. She did not refund the extra luggage they made us buy.

      While this was happening Juan went to go hide in the back. Why? Bra cause he did not want to own up to it.

      Luckily my parents had us but I can just imagine if we were not there. Do not fly with them ! They absolutely do not care about their passages.

      This is the Maneger. HORRIBLE employees taking advantage of people and their money.
