We had the pleasure of working with Vostok to remodel two bathrooms, paint, and install flooring upstairs, and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team of professionals demonstrated skill, kindness, and dedication to their work!

Eric checked in regularly during the project to address any concerns and to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress. Even after the project was completed, he followed up to make sure that every last detail was taken care of to my satisfaction. There were a few things that needed to be fixed months after the project was completed and staff was promptly sent out to fix it. This kind of customer service puts them over the top!

Highly recommend!!! We had very little experience with home renovation, so we got five quotes. Vostok was the ONLY one that provided an itemized estimate by category, including product allowances. And the quote was right in the middle. We also got a realistic time estimate, which they met! They worked on our project every day (vs. some contractors who juggle too many projects and are intermittent). They were very responsive to our questions via email and group text, or if we needed to talk through a design issue in person. Attention to detail was also great: they handled a complicated tile pattern and their carpentry was exceptional. Lastly, they were all hardworking and professional.

Vostok transformed our master bathroom from a drab, dated washroom into an inviting, modern feature of our home! Their employees and partners were professional, respectful, and true craftsmen! We are extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Vostok Construction. Not only would we not hesitate, but we plan to hire them for more improvements on our home!

I had one of my bathrooms remodeled by Vostok and was very happy with this company. I got a few quotes from places and I went with Vostok as the quote was in line with the others and I felt comfortable going with them due to their professionalism and response time. I love the new bathroom!

I needed the shower/tub combo removed to have a shower only due to my elderly parents that visit and stay over on occasion. I also had an electric bidet installed, which is one of the best inventions ever made. The new exhaust fan is great and is a lot quieter than the previous fan.

I do need more work done on the house and when I have the funds, I plan on contacting Vostok again.

It has been a pleasure working with the father and son duo. I was informed every step of the way and saw the hard work the crew put into it. They got the job done quick but the craftmanship did not suffer. Alex (Father) led the construction crew and was always involving me in the build. He had great, sensible ideas that we took advantage of. Eric (Son) is the numbers guy and he was very responsive and flexible throughout the process. Overall I highly recommend this crew. So much so that we already signed them on to remodel our master suite and redo the entire flooring in our house. Can't wait for the transformation!

We worked with Vostok on a full kitchen renovation and couldn't have imagined a better team to work with. Even before we decided on a contractor Eric was extremely responsive and patient with my many questions. During the renovation process, Eric and Alex did an amazing job keeping us updated every step of the way. The crew worked full days and were extremely polite. We felt very comfortable with every person on Vostok's team, a huge factor considering we have two young kids.

We are thrilled with the final result, and it's clear that Vostok really cares about their work product and customer satisfaction. This is not a company that rushes from one project to the next. We highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again for any future projects.

We needed a shower for my elderly mother. Vostok was very responsive and worked as scheduled. They had specialized staff who were coordinated so that the work could be done on schedule. They came in as the lowest bid but also did high quality work. The transformation was incredible! Now we have a low threshold shower with grab bars for her safety without sacrificing beauty! We were very happy with Vostok!

I hired Vostok to remodel my master bathroom. Finding a contractor who is responsive, knowledgeable, and honest is not that easy. From the initial appointment of meeting with Eric, I knew this was the company to go with. He showed up on time, and he was courteous, and didn't try to sell me. He heard me out, and offered a few options that he thought would work for me. I went with what he suggested, and not only did it turn out looking great, but came in at the budget I had in mind when starting out with the project.

Vostok construction remodeled my kitchen and most of the inside of my house in 2022. They removed and moved walls, did everything in the kitchen, and throughout the house installed new insulation, new drywall, new plumbing, new electrical, new lighting, new doors, new floors, all new appliances and more. My house looks completely different. It looks absolutely beautiful and amazing! I'm talking "dream kitchen status" good!

Vostok helped me create my vision. They also had some good input that caused me to adjust my vision and I'm glad I listened to them.

Vostok's quality of work is top tier! If your priority is high quality work, these are the guys to go with. They take great pride in doing things right and making it as visually & aesthetically pleasing as possible. They were also always willing to address anything I noticed that was missed or not up to my standards. There wasn't much of that, but some. You will notice more than anyone else as it's your house. You are most familiar with it and the one who is going to live in it after the work is done.

For me, Vostok was responsive to texts and phone calls throughout the project. My brother had his house remodeled a few years back and he said he had to repeatedly call his contractor before getting ahold of him. I didn't have that problem with Vostok. In addition to that, they were always willing to explain everything every step of the way so you know what's going on. You do have to let them know that you want information and ask questions. Once you do they will explain anything and answer your questions.

I wasn't living in my house when the work was being done which I'm sure makes the experience a lot less stressful. So, I can't comment on what the process would be like in that scenario.

In the end, the results speak for themselves and the results are exceptional! I am VERY happy! I highly recommend these guys.

Vostok construction rebuilt our bathroom from ground up after a serious plumbing issue. They helped us choose tile, shower and fixtures. Their workers always cleaned up throughly on a daily basis. Our new bathroom is luxurious!
