VS Renovation

We hired VS Renovation to redo our shower. We had a leak in the shower pan that was leaking underneath the house. They uncovered lots of issues once they removed the tile and drywall. Luckily, they knew exactly how to fix everything. Kevin was great to work with as well as the rest of the crew. It looks amazing and more importantly, they did it right so we don't have to worry about it leaking anymore. I can't recommend them enough. We will definitely be using VS Renovation on our next project!

VS Renovation did a repair project for me that involved replacing a large section of damaged framing, drywall and baseboard.

Kevin quickly figured out what I wanted and had good advice on how to do it. He even managed to get paint matches for my no-longer-available Kelly-Moore paints. Thanks!

The work went very well. They were careful and thorough. For example, they did an excellent job of preserving my existing crown molding. They kept everything tidy and didn't cut any corners.

The final outcome is that everything matches in perfectly and you can't tell there was every any repair work done. Happiness!

I've contacted VS Renovation regarding my bathroom remodel project and replacing the kitchen countertop. Previously, I've received multiple quotes and despite this one being not the lowest, I would say, that the service was exceptional. Kevin explained everything in detail and even handled the permit processing as well, since I wasn't really familiar with such things.
I also used the design service, the designer was really helpful and did a great job visualizing my bathroom, I just provided her with some reference and a broad perspective of what I wanted. The final result was pretty much the exact same as I was expecting.

I was looking for a contractor for my master and guest bathroom remodel project. This is the first major remodel project I've ever done so it was important for me to find not only a good contractor that would do the job right, but also one that I could work and collaborate with easily. After interviewing and receiving bids from around 10 contractors I decided to go with VS Renovation. Kevin came to my home and provided me with an itemized estimate of everything I wanted to be done. Their bid was not one of the lowest nor one of the highest, but Kevin was able to work with me to keep the estimate within my budget. He answered all my questions and per my request was able to arrange a visit for me to one of their current work sites. It was there where I had an opportunity to speak to the homeowner and obtain feedback about their experience working with them for their home project. After I decided to move forward with them, Kevin brought Miguel to my home to introduce him to me and show him the space, as he would be the one performing the work. Throughout the whole remodel process Kevin, Miguel and the rest of their team have been nothing short of amazing to work with. Besides the fact that they were able to get a really heavy cast iron tub up two flights of stairs and into my home, which I know was no easy feat, Kevin's professionalism, communication, and attention to details, especially in working with the city, and his knowledge of codes paired with Miguel's skill, craftsmanship, and ability to problem solve made the process of remodeling my home smooth and easy. Also shout out to Chris, Miguel's assistant. He was great too! Every day the work areas were kept neat and tidy and clean up was done at the end of every workday. I was included in all design decisions from laying out the tile, designing the shower niches, the positioning of the fixtures, etc. and if there were any questions, they would let me know. Remodeling is usually a stressful time for most but working with VS Renovation avoided a lot of unnecessary stress. All in all, if you are looking for a contractor for a project, don't hesitate to reach out to VS Renovation. You'll be happy you did

VS Renovation helped us to renovate our bathrooms. Great craftsmanship of work and communication through out the process. Kevin provided us with idea on tiles combinations and stores recommendations. Also different waterproofing options with explanations were really helpful to figure out the installation process and cost of rough materials. Workers were cleaning after work mostly each time, so our tenants were not bothered with construction processes. Kevin was handling all permits and communication with the city department.
Overall, we had a great experience working with that company and will definitely contact them for future projects.

Our interior door waspulled off the hinges and would not close properly I'd give a 10 out of 5 Stars if that option was available. Arrived right on time and job done on a timely manner at a fair price.

AMAZING, QUICK AND EFFICIENT! I reached out just yesterday for a quote on having my door fixed. The door was misaligned and would lock us out if it was completely shut. VS Renovations responded immediately with a very fair quote. I confirmed a time with them today and they came at the expected time! Dmitry helped to fix the door and even made adjustments that had to be done for the deadbolt. He was friendly and considerate and even wanted to make sure he cleaned up after the work was done but I told him not to worry about it because I would just vacuum everything up.

VS renovation updated our guest bathroom and we can't be happier with how it came out. Victoria was always prompt in planning and answering all the questions, and the crew (Eugene, Jay, and Anton) did a meticulous job executing the project. Even though there were quite a few hiccups during the project, they worked with us closely to get them resolved quickly, and more importantly, corrected properly, each time.

One thing that made them stand out from other contractors we hired in the past was how clean they were able to keep the work area during the project. We live in a small condo and it can get very messy while working on a major renovation and it is very stressful to deal with it when the project lasts a few weeks. However, we were impressed by how respectful they were to our space throughout the whole process.
We will definitely hire them again for our next home improvement project.
