I own a Toyota Camry with over 110,000 miles. I started to do normal maintenance with Walnut Creek Import and appreciate the owner, Andy's straight talk and reasonable pricing. After I recently failed my smog test I drove over to Walnut Creek Import and again Andy found a simple solution at a fair price which allowed me to pass the smog test. Andy is fair, honest & skilled.

I was in a pickle and found Walnut Creek Import after calling around multiple shops. Andy was more than willing to step up and save the day! Not only was he honest and fair with his pricing, he was transparent with what was needed to complete the service I required. I dropped of thinking it would be a while so I went to run a couple errands, and low and behold I get a call from Andy letting me know the job was done! Again very fair pricing and I felt like i was in very good hands. It is clear that the team at Walnut Creek Import Service and Sales are highly qualified and will not let you down. I would have zero hesitation about brining a car to Andy and his team. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. You will not regret it! Thanks Andy for doing what you do!

Like the other reviews, I found them to be honest and reasonably priced. They identified something while providing service that they would not be the best to address and even referred me to another great shop who did that bit of work at an incredibly fair price.

I've been taking my Honda Civic to Walnut Creek Import Services and Sales for the last 5 years.

Andy and his team always do a fantastic job servicing my car, no matter what is needed.

My favorite part about the shop is the transparency about the services. Each visit, Andy outlines what needs to be done right away, what will be needed in the near future, and the distant future. He gives me all the info I need to make a decision about what to do, including his recommendation.

Now after years of quality work and recommendations, I trust Andy and his team, which is priceless in my book.

These guys were the best!!!! Fast, efficient. I was updated every day with progress of repair.
When ready, picked up a perfectly detailed clean car. I was so happy with them. I had them fix something that wasn't part of the estimate and their pricing was extremely affordable.

As per most of the other comments I was amazed by the forthright honesty and decency of this shop. For our Mazda 6, now out of warranty, I decided to find an alternative to the dealer. I went in asking for everything but the owner told me that I just needed a minor service and some filters cleaned. Ended up costing a fraction of the dealer prices and they did a great job. Will be coming back here from now on.

I called and requested a used car pre purchase inspection. I spoke to Andy, the owner, and he was very professional to deal with. The inspection was extensive and detailed. Andy and his team did way more than what I inspected at a very fair price. The only bad thing is that they are not in Southern California because I would be a loyal customer.

These guys do great work, they're honest, and they go the extra mile.

My wife took her car to get an oil change at some place in WC and they told her she needed back brakes urgently. I thought that didn't sound right because Andy at Walnut Creek Imports (WCI) had told me we didn't need breaks for another 15k miles and that was about 8k miles ago.

So I took the car into WCI today and left it there. Andy called me midday and said 'you still have half the brake pad left. They don't need to be replaced'. Very honest. Then he tells me your right front tire has a screw in it. I mentioned I got my tires at americas tire across the street so he took it over for me to get the tire repaired!

That was not his responsibility and they charged me no GM thing to do it. That is great service!

I called in to get my car a full body service check as she broke down a few days prior in another city so I wanted someone to see if she had any other tissues and they were able to get me in very quickly. They did not try to upsell me on anything at all and were so incredibly nice. I personally spoke with Andy and I will definitely go back to get my yearly service because I trust them a lot.

Great job doing maintenance and repair on my 15 year old Infiniti, while making a great effort to keep costs down.
