Warranted Plumbing Services

Since this previous review, we've used Warranted Plumbing Services 3 additional times. One was to replace two toilets back when our toddler flushed one of his toys down the toilet and it got stuck. Another was to snake one side of the house after our kitchen sink and washing machine had backed up.

After that instance we had them do an inspection of the total plumbing system because we were advised we'd probably keep having issues on that side of the house because of the way it was designed (the house was previously flipped about 10 years ago). Upon doing that inspection they identified several problematic areas, a couple of which were just ticking time bombs for our house that was originally built in the 50s.

We were provided a couple of different options, but just bit the bullet and had all of the plumbing replaced. It took 3 days, but Luis and crew did a great job. Luis explained everything throughout the process, always providing photos from underneath the house as well. Obviously it was an inconvenience and no one likes to get surprised with these types of expenses, but I feel good knowing we're not going to have to deal with any plumbing issues for many years to come.

My traditional gas water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I opted for the Stiebel Eltron Tempra 36 plus electric tankless water heater. Luis came to my appointment, explained everything clearly, and provided a reasonable quote. Within a few days, he and his technician arrived on time and installed the new heater professionally and neatly. The next day, the electrician completed the panel upgrade and power line connection. Everything is running perfectly, providing adequate hot water for the entire house. Great job, highly recommended!

Luis was the tech who came out for our appointment. He was professional and explained all the repairs well. He replaced and fixed the leak of the water pipeline going into the house same day and finished the work earlier than the promised timeline. Very satisfied with the professional services they offered. His recommendation is trustworthy and he will be the guy we are going to if any future plumbing issues.

My wife and I wanted to modernize our laundry area by relocating some supply lines and adding a drain for the washer. Luis came by and was incredibly professional. They were able to do the work the next day. Arrived in time, kept me informed and when the scope of the work changed, he kept the price reasonable so we were able to do the job the right way. I used to have another local company that i called for plumbing work, but now I will always call Warranted!

Luis and his guys are the best. They were prompt and delivered what they promised. Luis was very patient to answer any of my questions and walked me through there process as they fixed our plumbing issue. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Hired Warranted to fix a bathtub leak below the house, in an area that was not easily accessible (so had to trust their review and recommendation).

Luis and his tech were awesome - provided photos/videos to communicate the issue, explained the options without pressuring the sale, then were prompt with both the service and the notes/follow up email.

Would absolutely recommend them.

On Saturday, I discovered I needed to get a new water heater. I called numerous companies and I found "Warranted Plumbing Services" / Edwin. Not only did they do a great job but the price was in my wheel house and I'm very happy I choose them. These technicians are so nice, super respectful of my home and get the job done! 2nd time with a clogged kitchen sink. Had everything cleared and cleaned up quickly. They're pretty much my go - to because they are reliable, quick and really nice people!
