I've written previous reviews for WashMix ( previously Axcess) but had to give a quick shout out today. I forgot to put out my pickup this morning and they could easily have skipped my house but THEY DID NOT. They rang the bell and patiently waited while my daughter called me and got our pick up together. Top notch company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Finally! A dry cleaning experience worth writing a review over. WashMix in Mountain View deserves a five-star rating! Their exceptional service included a thorough cleaning of my comforter and white pants (and you know those white pants can be tricky!) The added convenience of free delivery made the experience even better. WashMix has that mom-and-pop atmosphere, blended with a modern touch, which sets them apart. When I walked in the store I immediately felt like the owner was like my own dad, just trying to help me out. Nowadays we lose sight of the importance of human interactions! I highly recommend WashMix for their quality and customer-centric approach.

Also side note you can grab coffee, sushi or Mediterranean food as it's right next door! One stop shop for errands is always a win !

Tried this place for dry cleaning and they were honest AMF could manage my expectations well rather than over promising and under delivering. I appreciate that in a business.

Good news, they were able to get the coffee stain in my off white dress out! I don't get much dry cleaned, but I'll come here again if I do.

Avoid this place at all cost. Charged me $50 then totally ruined my genuine suede jacket and said it's "not their responsibility".
Be aware they will ask you to sign a "release" with nothing printed out for you to review. Then they will say it means you agree if anything goes wrong it's none of their business.
Ridiculous and I'm pretty sure it's illegal.
Last but least, they will trick you that "our boss will call you to settle it", but NO ONE EVER called me.

Have been using WashMix for a few months now. Highly recommend. They respond quickly and it's text-based. The bags they leave behind are high quality and reusable. Garments look great.

I am a frequent and last-minute traveler and on the occasions when I needed a special turnaround, Michael, whom you can reach by a separate email/text/phone is a real person who provides excellent options to getting it done on your time frame.

door to door drop off is SUCH a privilege these days - They save me at least an hour each week and that alone pays for any cost difference.

Michael and his team at WashMix are excellent from start to finish. We have been very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service. They have an automated system where you can request pickup and are very consistent with the drop off and pickup days and times which make your lives much easier with planning your laundry days.

I highly recommend you sign up for their Platinum tier so that you can reap the benefits of lower costs per service and also get money back at the end of each quarter which is really cool.

Their wash and fold laundry service has been seamless and they've made our lives much easier. The costs along with the convenience of their services make this worthwhile. The clothes come back super clean, neatly folded and so easy for you to organize.

Michael is a pro. He has been extremely responsive and answers all your questions patiently and thoroughly.

I don't think I will return anymore to this place - customer service is much worse than it was in the past.

Great place with professional service. I was going to get my suit tailored for my sister's wedding, but wanted a professional opinion on the fit first. Michael was very attentive and most importantly, honest. We shortened the pants but decided against the suit jacket as it would be costly for such a minor alteration (about 1 inch). He said he was more than happy to do it but wanted to let me think it over since whether he took 1 or 2 inches off, it would cost me the same because he had to remove the lining.

Overall, amazing experience and thankful for Michael's help!
