Got my watch battery and band replaced here! The lady was sooo nice and knowledgeable about the watches. There are a couple street parking spots right in front of the store. The watches were ready for pick up the next day. Definitely recommend coming here for any watch related issues!

Great spot for all your watch needs: battery replacement, watch band stuff, broken faces, you name it. Detail oriented and skilled work, they even set the date and time to my digital watch after I had the battery replaced, even zeroed out the stopwatch!

Always easy parking.

Remember: "Skilled work is not cheap and cheap work is not skilled."

I have got my watch band replaced here a couple times. Super quick and good price. I hate it when I come here and they're closed, though, but overall good place to have near by.

Very professional, fair in price and patient! I brought in a luxury watch last minute and they didn't rush me. Even taught me the extra accessories I wasn't aware of.

I 've been coming here for years to get a new batteries for my watch. Came here again because my watch stopped so I was looking for a battery. Guy came out and said "we put the battery in this watch a few months ago - it's still good - it's just the watch - Timex uses terrible parts these days..."

He could have easily just charged me for a new battery but was honest.

Do not support this vendor. When I returned my watch because of a dead battery, they denied having replaced it in the first place. If that was not outrageous enough, they started shouting at me to leave. They originally charged $35 for a new battery, and when I went to another vendor they replaced the battery for $22. They are expensive and do not stand by their work.

I have been going to the Watch Zone about 15 years plus to do repairs, cleanings and battery replacements and have always received great service and excellent work from the owner. Yesterday I took in two of my pricier Omega's for battery replacement and the experience as always was pleasant and fast. I would recommend them to take care of your watch needs.

The service is very quick. I had the bezel insert, Crystal, and handset replaced within 30-45 min while relaxing in the lobby. This was for a Seiko SKX but the owner is qualified for Rolex and Omega as well, both of which are in the collection and where I'll be taking my business for servicing. Awesome having a specialized local watch repair shop that doesn't require going into San Francisco for.

I was so pleased to find this shop open but down the street from where it used to be. It's owner is the best: friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I stop here often to have my watch batteries replaced. He will do it for me on the spot if he's not busy. Sometimes I have to wait, but it's always worth the wait. And it's a small,local business, which I always like to support.
