We recently had batteries replaced for over 10 watches at watchworks. Wonderful couple who are very helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend their services. If you need any watch repaired or batteries changed, this is the place to be.

They lost my watch .
It was my Great grandfathers , very
Sentimental . I could not find my tag , however , they should have back up pictures, and paperwork.
I was self employed and Always had a folder on file with all details , so difficult for me to understand .

I took several watches to have the batteries replaced. Several of the watches were expensive and require special batteries. Vince replaced all the batteries while I waited. He is very experienced. Prices are really reasonable. I have been going to this place for years and will return when I need new battery replacements. This is one small business that's really worth supporting.

my cucuclock was sick. a very nice enjoyable person. explained what was wrong and what is needed to be fixed. the price was reasonable. and he backed up his work. i highly recommend this place.

I had three watches that I wanted to get the batteries replaced for since during the pandemic I didn't service them at all. All three watches had dead batteries in them. Because they are Gucci watches, I was told by Macy's who I purchased them from that I had to ship them back to New York which they would help me do however it would be very expensive and it would take about 5 to 6 months. Hearing that I thought it was ridiculous. Luckily the associate at Macy's provided me a recommendation of Watchworks.

I was immediately greeted by the friendly husband and wife couple that run the shop. They quote me a fair price and had me out in 10 minutes with battery replacements. Wow. I was so happy that it didn't cost me and arm and leg and not a lot of time.

I highly recommend Watchworks and will be back for all my watch service needs.

Vince and his wife Shelby contacted me and the clock has been repaired, restored and returned to me. Lovely family, good people and excellent at their work. It isn't often that life journeys will collide like this where both people benefit and there is a good ending.

I love clocks and have many more pieces to get repaired, all of them will be repaired by Watchworks.

Vince is truly a magician. I thought my Herschede Antigua clock was dead. The cord was broken and the weights had fallen , surly was a goner however, with Vince's skill, patience, tenacity, he brought my old friend back to life. He never gave up. I remain grateful.

Shopping at this watch repair shop is a great way to support local businesses! They moved to a smaller location but are still on Main Street, I visited the place today to have a watch battery replaced and was glad to see they remain busy, busy, busy. Quality service, friendly owners and reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?
