We removed an whole water filtration system that was not working for our very hard water in South San Jose. WFP installed a water softener system and got it done very quickly and efficiently. Great service by Duc and Nga. Clear instructions on how to manage the tanks after and very responsive to our questions.

Duc and his team installed the water filtration and softener system in my house last year.

Their communication was excellent and they provided a fair quote and quick installation within a week. The after-sales service and maintenance have been outstanding, which is why I'm writing this review now, seven months after the installation.

I had Duc change the filters for my reverse osmosis and water softener. Duc was on time and very professional and his prices were very reasonable. He was also very meticulous when cleaning and inspecting my units. I plan to use WFP again in the future for all my water softener needs.

Installed pre-filter to further filter our well water before it runs through the softener. Very prompt communication and fair prices. They are quick to install and made recommendations for keeping our RO system maintained

WFP did a great job from start to finish with a tricky little project. Basically, after testing my water, I determined that I could go with a salt-free conditioner instead of an expensive and tedious salty unit. WFP removed the old unit and plumbed for the new electronic setup. All elements of the process were a+: responsiveness, price, and execution. Highly recommended!

5-star soup to nuts. First to respond with a quote, beat the competetion by nearly 50% in some cases. Very clear on services provided and extremely crisp on pricing. Did not try to upsell any unncessary products (softener etc). On the day of the service, showed up exactly on time gave a heads up about ETA and nailed the job in 2-3 hours flat. The job has been extremely well done and with a clear servicing plan.

The only thing that was a little difficult was communication in English. It was very hard to understand over the phone but no issues over text and in person. Recommend communicating over request a quote or text message.

We need to have our RO filters replaced. They came quickly and did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I'm so glad that I found my go-to person for my RO filter replacement.

Our small organization was in need of a new reverse osmosis system and WFP fit the bill in price, responsiveness, and service. It's a small family business (Nga and Duc Pham) working out of their home so there is very little overhead, which reflects their reasonable pricing. Nga does the service scheduling and billing, and Duc coordinates product installation and servicing. So far everything is working well and I would recommend WFP to anyone in the South Bay in need of residential or small business water treatment.

Nga was super responsive and gave us a really good rate. Almost half of what 5-6 other vendors gave me for a softener plus RO filtration system. Truly amazing!
