I worked with Water Heaters Masters to troubleshoot some issues I had with my flooded water heater tank after I flushed it out myself. Matthew was extremely responsive, and Alex was really helpful over the phone to guide me through exactly what I needed to do to get my water heater running again. Although not a previous customer, they treated me like I've been a valued customer for years. Safe to say, I'll be going to them for any water heater service I have in the future.

not the most or least expensive quote i got, but i got a tech out there when i needed one and got my water heater replaced.

tech was on time for our appt, pleasant and easy to deal with and seemed to know his stuff. after some discussion of the situation and options we decided to replace our 13 year old water heater instead of continuing to replace components on it and he got it done.

We recently purchased a home that was in dire need of a new water heater. The old one was leaking from the top and 20 years old. I called a few companies and most of them carry Bradford white. Plumbers charge a bit more for their installation. We decided to go with this company because they specialize in it and could get the job done well and efficiently with no upselling of other unnecessary plumbing issues. Prices are reasonable for new heater, install, and haul away. Communication was always great and Rigo the technician who installed it was very nice and personable! He did a great job and left the water heater closet much cleaner than when he arrived!

Our hot water went out the night before. I checked the water heater and saw that the pilot was out. Couldn't figure out how to ignite it. I called the number on the water heater and Rigo came out within a couple of hours. He lit the pilot. Checked the voltage on the igniter and advised that it's still good for the foreseeable future. Didn't charge for the visit as he only had to ignite the pilot. Very professional. Would 100% recommend.

When my water heater conked out, I called Water Heater Masters, and the technician arrived in about 2 hours, and he replaced the defective parts, and got my hot water back on. My water heater, which Water Heater Masters installed four (4) years ago, was still partially under warranty, so I only had to pay $200 for the service call, but the parts were free. So, I'm happy with the fast response and the warranty service. And the service technician was friendly and personable, so what's not to like?

What went well you ask? In a word - Everything!
From the plumber, Sam who knocked on my door to ask for permission to access his customer's gas meter, my neighbor was his customer to the sticker he left me when I asked for a business card, to calling their office and getting a plumber out to my property later that afternoon. I was emailed an estimate from Rigo before he left my home. Even more wonderful, the plumber let me know he could accommodate me the following week.
In the estimate was some information that I did my research on regarding rebates, tax credits and the water heater brand they were recommending. Due to personal schedule constraints, I wasn't able to have the install done as offered. It was nearly a month later, that I called back to the office and asked for more info on the installation and why it was recommended. I felt very comfortable with the information shared by Alex, one of the owners. He put me back in touch with Rigo, on Friday afternoon and we scheduled another visit on Saturday morning. Rigo showed up to look at the job, before his scheduled client install that day. After taking another dive under my house, my concerns were allayed and we scheduled the install for Monday morning.
They arrived on time, focused and ready to get right to work. The crew completed the job in a timely manner and kept me posted along the job's process. I truly appreciated their professionalism and was ecstatic to see the attention to detail in their workmanship. I'm so thrilled that I no longer have hot water issues and more importantly look forward to reducing my energy and water use. Last but certainly most important to me, I had 5 quotes for this work. The other plumbing company quotes were close but higher, two came in almost double. Those same two, let me know, they wouldn't be able to do my install for weeks, some more than a month. It truly makes no sense to me, that if a company doesn't want the work, to just be clear and direct about that.
All in all, I'm very happy with my decision to choose Water Heater Masters.

WHM left our water situation better than before the water heater died!

My husband noticed that our water heater was leaking in the garage. We called Water Heater Masters in the afternoon and Brian was at our house by 8:00 a.m.

After confirming our fear that the water heater was toast, we showed Brian the setup our home builder left to support a tankless option and talked to him about replacing our dead gas-heated tank heater with a tankless one. He told us what we'd need and we checked it out. We noticed the builder set up everything but an electrical outlet but Brian suggested a temporary fix until we could get an electrician to come to install an outlet for the unit.

Brian was a great listener and very informative. He came back later with the replacement unit and he and Alex (I believe) spent a few hours installing a new tankless water heater. They were thoughtful, patient, diligent workers. They answered questions, made suggestions for improvements, and raised issues with us whenever they arose, explaining clearly so we understood what we would need to decide, and moving quickly once we determined how to proceed.

Our house is somewhat large and the distance from the water heater to the master bathroom has always meant that we wasted a lot of water waiting for shower or bath water to warm up before getting in. They recommended and installed a hot water recirculator in that farthest-away bathroom and I can say that I've never had water warm up that quickly in the entire time that we've been in this house.

The unit was not cheap but it will last longer, takes the risk of future leaks off the table, and, it's now clear, will also save us on our water bills.

13 Years....that's how long our first Water Heater from Water Heater Masters lasted. I keenly recall Alex saying it would probably last 10-12 years so super happy with the extra year :) Needless to say, our 50 Gal Bradford & White went out this week. Called the morning after the 4th of July at 8:30am and Brian arrived just after 10. In and out within 90 minutes and could not be nicer. Explained the estimate, scope of the project and how long it would take. He hauled off the old one, put the new one in and we had hot water within 30 minutes. Here's to another 10-12 years! These guys are the best!
