Water Heaters Only

Water leaking from the heater tank while we were away. Came back on a Sunday night, and called the number of the tank for Water Heaters Only (WHO) who (ahh..clever) installed the current water heater tank back in Jan 2015. I guess it is time to replace it.

Got a call back from WHO's Lori and schedule for a technician to come in Monday afternoon to do the replacement. The technician was Will G who called ahead and said he will be at our house in 15 mins. Of course, he showed up right on time. Will G surveyed the current unit, recommended a replacement, explained what's need to be done, and gave me a quote for the work. I was happy with the quote even thought it wasn't the cheapest considered the quality of work from WHO.

Will G really did an amazing job! He worked quietly and professionally. He completed the installation in good time and managed to keep the place nice and clean. I am hoping I don't have to call them in the next 10 years, but if I do need help with my heater, I will definitely use them again.

In need of a water heater and our property manager sent this company. The repair associate contacted me before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Kevin was his name, probably one of the most professional repair associates they have. Very knowledgeable and honest. I was informed that our current installation was nowhere near being up to code and unsafe. You could tell this man takes pride in his work.Unfortunately ,our property manager chose to go with another company. With his advice, I now have a better understanding of what needs to be fixed to be safe.

Called Water Heater only to come and install a 50-gallon water heater. There's some hiccup with the reservation process but when it comes to installation, Kevin West is your guy. He removed the old water heater and bring the new one up and running in 3 hours.

It's not a fun thing to unexpectedly have to replace a water heater, but Water Heaters Only made the experience simple and seamless. I called when I noticed our water heater was leaking and they were courteous and friendly on the phone and got me scheduled that day. Kevin West came out to do the replacement, and he was very friendly and professional. He explained the process, provided a quote and got our new water heater installed well. Even without knowing the technical details, it's clearly a better install job than whoever did the last one. Would definitely recommend!

I had an 11 year old gas water heater that I wanted to replace and dispatch gave me a 4 hour window. same day. Shortly after I called, technician Kevin West came out to replace it with a new Bradford-White. He was both pleasant to work with and efficient and now I'm up and running. I had a rental unit water heater go out and a friend of mine had just used Water Heaters Only and was happy, so....i gave them a call. They were able to help me next day, but best of all, I got to meet Kevin West, who besides doing a fantastic job, is a very professional and pleasant person!! I would heartily recommend him and his company!!

The second call, second person gave me two base prices . Ie: could be from a to c or could be from b to c in cost depending on what needed to be done. Mentioning that there was two different base numbers didn't change the sales persons mind about his base price being the higher starting number.
This came to a head when the installer gave me the bill and it reflected the higher base price. The installer was troubled and accepted the lower number but knew that he would get his job pay reduced. The other problem is that they don not offer to upgrade to the warrantee to 10 years.
Third issue was that the installer did not open the valve for the recirculating pump which became very hot before I noticed the problem. The pump is an $ 800 item and burns up if the water is not flowing to cool it down.
The installer did did a very good job with the above exception.
Having them come out promptly was important to me and they did that.

Nothing wrong with my water heater, but I was concerned about it getting old and needing replacement. I used them before for my previous heater replacement and was pleased with the results.

Will G. came out the same day and let us know that everything was fine for a couple of more years, and he walked us through the work necessary to convert from gas to electric. Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of service from WHO, the reasonable fee for the consultation, and with Will G.
