I worked for this company 14 years ago and to this day I haven't worked for a more honest employer Jason and his Dad Marty were always more than fair to their customers and to their employees to this day I still talk them on occasion. Very good people and I highly recommend water quality.

This is our go-to for all our plumbing needs.We've used WQP 5 times - bathroom remodels,plumbing problems and installing new water heater.We also use them for any issues with our rental.
I appreciate their expertise.I was having chronic leaks around my kitchen sink for YEARS and one of their plumbers determined my undermount sink was failing.
I've had numerous plumbing companies come out to recaulk my sink and would ultimately start leaking again -
WQP was the only one to diagnose the REAL problem instead of recaulking it.

I've been very happy with the work Water Quality Plumbing has done. I did a full repipe, hot water recirculation, water heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis installed by them, and what stood out to me was their focus on quality.

Marty came out to look at my place and give me an estimate, and his focus was on doing things to code, passing inspections and solutions that would be reliable and stand the test of time. I liked that he immediately quoted for Type L copper pipes (I understand that Type M and PEX are generally good enough, but I did want something that would exceed being good enough).

The piping took most of the working week, with water being shut off for only one day, which was fine since I had to be at work. The drywall fixing they did was excellent and just needs to be painted.

There were a couple issues with the reverse osmosis install where the water wouldn't stop running, which after a few visits was determined to be missing a part of the drain flow restrictor that the manufacturer must have missed. HOWEVER, Water Quality Plumbing always came out each time on time and diligently tried to fix the problem until it was found.

They weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive of all the quotes I got, but they were reliable (always picked up the phone and scheduled time for me), professional, and friendly.

All in all, a great company that I will call on again for my future plumbing needs!

Water Quality Plumbing came to our house three times over the last 6 weeks. First, to diagnose and fix a severe back up we had. They made it better and helped us diagnose a long-stwnding issue that another plumber MIS diagnosed! Then, they came out an video's our entire system. This helped us decide to do a BIG reconstruction withg them. They just finished that work in our garage.

Each time they came they were clean, courteous, cheerful and hard-working. Everything one could ask for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Water Quality did work on my home 10 years ago well before I had purchased last year. I recently did other construction work and had a few questions about the scope they performed.

Not only did they mention that they have a 25 year warranty on their work which is unheard of,they came out to inspect my home on the same day I called and requested.

They are also extremely organized and Jordan was able to find and explain the original project scope to the tee and are providing the paperwork for my records.

Marty and Jordan are ON IT and Im now planning on getting an estimate to handle some glavanized pipe replacement.

Marty came out to my house to give me a bid on replacing my old plumbing with copper plumbing. He said he would throw in two delta shower heads that were worth $450 each. I looked them up later on Amazon and they cost $50 each.

They started the work Monday and finished Friday. The first leak I found was on Saturday. Water was pouring from an outside faucet. I called them for help and they are closed on the weekend. This was during severe drought.

In my shower they replaced the faucets and they broke the tile without telling me. There is not one other tile in my whole bathroom that is broken except what they broke.

I found three more leaks...two under the house.

They came out to repair the leaks, but I would not recommend them at all.

The quality of work was so poor and just telling me he was giving me a $450 shower head was a lie.

Jason the owner and staff Stephanie, Jordan and Sary were excellent. I had an issue with my water pressure in one of my bathroom faucets, which was the easy fix. They then found my toilet backing up and leaking which they replaced, but the bigger issues were roots in my sewer line. After speaking with Jason he laid out a stair step approach to snaking and using a auger to cut and remove the roots, which.solved the problem. He then recommended a install of a new clean out closer to where the house sewer pipes meet the clay pipes. When speaking to Chris and team he was not pushy about the extended prevention next steps, which I will do at a later time due to the evasive work involved -- cutting concrete, digging 6' down, etc.

The team took the time to explain each steps, provided quotes and let me decide on the amount of work I wanted the team to take on. I highly recommend this family business.

Just wanted to update my review on Water Quality Plumbing. They came out after all and installed the new cartridge in my kitchen faucet, and made sure it was working well before they left. I've always had great work from them so am glad this all worked out well.

This place came highly recommended by the neighbors, and did not disappoint. Besides fixing the existent problem the handyman, Jose, resealed the counter and the bathtub, and fid not charge a leg and an arm for that.
