Oscar Sr. and all of the guys at Watersavers take amazing care of their customers. I've been coming here for many years. Oscar always goes out his way to help and provides valuable information about his products.

I promised Ricardo I would write a review, and now I'm only sorry that I waited this long. Ricardo passed away unexpectedly last week and he'll never see this post. Ricardo was the one of the store managers, I think, and was always helpful and funny and just an overall fun guy to see whenever I made trips to Watersavers. He will be missed.

I am a DIY weekend warrior. Yet when I come here I am still treated with respect and the staff here are always very friendly and eager to lend a helping hand when I have questions.

They have a great selection of anything you will need for your drip irrigation project. Not only do they have a better selection than places like Ace
Hardware or Home Depot, the prices here are competitive as well.

Really disappointing experience at Watersavers. I've been a customer for twenty years and never had a problem. I purchased some LED bulbs for my outdoor lighting system that I bought at Watersavers. The replacement bulbs didn't fit, so I brought them back and they told me they absolutely would not accept the return because it was 35 days, and they won't accept anything over 30 days ever. no store credit, nothing. They had the exact same bulbs on the shelf, so there was no reason that they couldn't have re-stocked them. Literally, any other store would have given me credit. I left the bulbs there, along with receipt since there was no reason for me to keep. Losing a long time customer over a 30 day return policy is antiquated and one reason I should buy things online instead of supporting a local business. Buyer beware, their policy is no returns over 30 days ever.

I've been a customer at Watersaver's for over a decade and I can honestly say they are the best. Oscar and the staff are knowledgeable , approachable and the store is well organized. It is the 100% better experience than going to a big box store. You're greeted at the door and the staff works hard to make sure the customers are taken care of honestly and with a smile. We are lucky to have a store like Watersavers!

This place has only been open at this San Rafael location for a few months. It is open to the general public. If you have a landscaping job, it's likely your people will be buying supply's here because of their prices and inventory. I got exactly what I needed within seconds. They have many people working here for great customer care. The young man who rang up my order carried it to my car! If you have a need for landscape watering supplies this is your place!

For my needs they are a full and complete irrigation supply store. Great for the home garden or large acreage projects. Folks were knowledgeable and friendly.

The employee I spoke with was condescending and rude in response to a simple "do you have?" question. And also wrong--he said no, but I walked around and found it. And both employees had their masks dangling at their chin.
