We flew into town for an interview and my husbands suit and dress shirts got wrinkled en route.
West Bay Cleaners was able to press the suit and shirts in a couple hours for us.
Customer service you rarely see anymore. Would absolutely recommend.

We have been regular customers of West Bay Cleaners for a while now. But recently, we dropped off a prom dress that naturally draped to the ground and had survived an outdoor venue.

West Bay Cleaners rose to the challenge. I know that they worked on all the stains numerous times. And the dress came back looking amazing. We're lucky to have such a great dry cleaner in our neighborhood!

I dropped off a suit jacket that had some makeup stains and David was able to clean it with ease. He was very informative and professional throughout my visit. He also gave me a welcome bonus since I was a new customer, which was nice.

Just a note - the receipt mentions that items would be ready by 2PM so be sure to call and confirm before coming in early. My item was easy as it just needed to be pressed so I didn't have to wait very long.

This is a great and convenient local spot. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I would definitely recommend West Bay Cleaners. They did a good job with my shirt that I needed washed and pressed, but what compelled me to write a review is more than just that.

David was exceptionally nice when I talked with him. And on the day that I needed to pickup my shirt I got stuck and work and was running late; I was going to get there after they closed. I called David and he waited for me after they were closed for the day so I could still grab my shirt. And again, he was very nice on the phone.

They also offered next day pick up at no extra charge. Most other cleaners offered 3-5 days minimum.

All of these factors together made for a great experience. Thank you David!

I cannot speak highly enough of about West Bay Cleaners and their incredible staff. A big acknowledgment goes out to David who assisted me in cleaning and expediting a beautiful garment that I purchased in Rome last summer which was desperately needed for a vacation in Napa Valley Wine country. Not only did he put my mind at ease regarding the structured pleats in the pant suit but he also assured me that it would be ready ON TIME for a 72 hr pick up (dropped off on Monday AM and picked up on Wednesday prior to my departure on Thursday). I cannot say how thankful and grateful I am to David and the staff. Not only was my item beautifully taken care of but I received loads of compliments. This will forever be my new cleaners. After going to other places in town over the last few years I've settled on West Bay Cleaners. Good value and David is super helpful when I have questions. Without a doubt this is where all of my laundered shirts will go from here on out. Great job!!

WORTH A TRY!

I came here for an emergency stain/dry clean emergency situation. I called and they weren't able to guarantee anything but said it worth a shot to bring the item in if I had time- I had time and I'm glad I went because the man there (I totally forgot his name) got the stain out!!
He was so kind and basically told me it's not all situations where this can be the outcome but if he can help, he will. Very very nice and I appreciate him!!

If you've never been here before you should try them. I'd come here for regular dry cleaning in the future.

Service was quick and easy. Had a wedding to attend Thursday, dropped my suit off on Tuesday and they had it ready by wed afternoon.

Great quality, affordable, did an awesome job with my fake fur coat. Highly recommend.
