From start to finish, this was a great company choice. The customer service, the movers, and everyone else were professional and friendly. The movers handled everything with care and worked quickly and efficiently. It was also a great value for all the work they did and as quickly as they did it. A full apartment, two bedrooms, and the second floor moved completely in about 4 hours. Mind you, I was still packing boxes in the kitchen at the last minute, and they worked with me filling the truck with everything else.

The movers even put all the boxes I marked by room in the proper rooms and put my couch back together, plugging it up and our bed. I recommend them for your move.

Marco and his team (Erick, Hector, Yordyn) were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a very difficult project of swapping two houses at the same time, but they made the experience seamless and finished the job faster than expected. Truly grateful for their help and expertise. I had a short notice move from the Bay Area to Los Angeles and they were able to get a walkthrough same day and schedule my move a couple days later for an affordable price.

The service was great, the guys did an excellent job and were careful with all the packing and moving. I'm mostly impressed with how fast they were able to get this booked and done. Super glad it went so well and appreciated all the constant communication and updates from the team.

West Coast did a local move for me last month and it was the easiest, least stressful move I've made in years! Scheduling was quick and they were able to accommodate my last minute date and communication around prepping was solid. The crew showed up on time and worked very carefully, wrapping all furniture (even my cheap stuff) and being mindful of the more fragile things. All arrived in perfect condition to the new place and the guys made sure my boxes and furniture were placed in the right rooms as they unloaded. The move took a little longer than I had anticipated but was worth it to not have the stress and headache of using movers via Task Rabbit (which I've done and had an awful experience with!). Definitely recommend!

We moved from the Bay Area to LA and requested next day drop off and this company and their employees were the best I've worked with. We moved from a 2 bed apartment to a 3 bed with an upstairs.

I've moved around many times in the past and WC movers and their service was top notch. I felt like they did an exceptional job that I felt compelled to write this review. Below are reasons why I would recommend this business.

Professional:
- a rep came out day after I called to take inventory of our apartment for a walkthrough
- explained the entire process in a clear and well documented way and sent an email immediately after
- very good at keeping customer up to date - movers came at scheduled time and called an hour before pick-up/drop-off
- before departing movers called the office on speaker phone to confirm payment/drop off (did same for final drop off)

Cost:
- next day long distance (Bay area to LA) cost was reasonable/competitive compared to other companies

Move (included some packing labor):
- brought a ton of equipment (blankets, boxes of all sizes, door stops, ladders, tape, shrink wrap to protect our furniture very well - nothing broke/got lost)
- protected all sorts of furniture and lighting VERY well and VERY efficiently
- disassembled/reassembled all types of furniture very well (even though pick-up/drop off team was different)

Movers:
- worked tirelessly through ALL and EVERY situation (narrow hallways, stairs, etc)
- extremely careful with our belongings (laid out carpets for move in as to not damage our apartments)
- moved large and heavy items very easily
- movers were what made this experience TOP NOTCH

We tipped in cash for the movers convenience!

For these reasons I would choose them again in the future.

We just got done with a long-distance move from California to Nevada.
There's the old saying, "Life happens when you make plans."
We planned for the Pod system but found a wrench in the works due to the incline on our street. I won't go into that right now. So, we had to scramble to find another way because we had to be out within two days. We found West Coast Moving Systems here on Yelp, and I couldn't be happier with everyone I talked with from start to finish. Everyone was professional and caring, from the first call from the office to Marylynn and the walkthrough and the fantastic movers, Robrto, Edwardo, Geo, and Zion. The guys packed our items like they were protecting their property. We had a short window, and so much could've gone wrong to prevent us from moving out on time. This company wasn't the cheapest, but they were the best, and at no time did I feel concerned for our belongings. I highly recommend this company!

I've moved 20 times in the past 28 years. For all the movers I've used, West Coast Moving is the only mover I'd gladly use again!

What was good:
- the walk-through was quick, painless, and stunningly accurate
- the pick up was from two locations, my storage unit first, then my apartment; both were quick and efficient, and at my apartment all the furniture was wrapped and protected
- delivery from the Bay Area to Hollywood was 4 days, pick up on Monday, delivery on Friday - very quick in my experience
- the delivery was clinical, the guys had a method that maximized use of the elevator in the apartment building
- not a single item missing, and nothing broken

I have been let down by movers repeatedly, but West Coast Moving Systems is the only one I would gladly use again!

Great service & follow through the whole way through the process - from initial responsiveness, ability to do a video walkthrough, being upfront on all costs, to moving day. Felix and his crew of 3 others were efficient, careful with my stuff, clean, polite, and strong - moving boxes and disassembling furniture for 3 flights of stairs in my SF apartment (no elevator!!!!). Pricing was also very reasonable for a move to Sonoma county.

I was recommended them from a friend who used them for a trip from Marin County to Los Angeles (!!). I got quotes from other moving companies and this was the best overall quality for the price. Would absolutely recommend them again. Thanks Felix and team!

This moving company was local and based on the Yelp reviews I read, I went with them. They were on time, quick and got my entire one bedroom out of one apartment to my new apartment in 4 hours. They were reasonably priced and I'd highly recommend them!
