We had Allstate insurance, and it was covered. WWA took care of all the insurance issues for us. They are very busy and didn't have time to work on my car for a few days but in turn you see the high quality and care they put into their work.

Oh no 0Jan 11, 2020Previous reviewGreat Service Overall! West Wind was fair, knowledgable, and efficient with the repair of my Land Rover's front bumper. Where others wanted to replace the entire front, West Wind was able to repair and give my car a nice paint job making it look like nothing ever happened saving me thousands.
Thanks! Fingers crossed I don't need to go back soon, but if I ever need any repairs I'll make sure I come back to West Wind Auto.

My husband has been a loyal West Wind Automotive customer for the past 30 years and myself for the last 20. Our Mercedes needed major body work recently due to an accident. The manager Tony and administrator Shannon are warm, professional and very supportive.
The manager Tony reassured us that he'd take care of returning our car like new. Shannon took care of coordinating our insurance claim and was always available to help with questions. Before we knew it, our car was returned in perfect, mint condition!

Had a Vespa accident a few months ago and needed to fix the body damage on my GTS. Everyone here was super easy to work with! Getting an estimate was fast and easy, and they stayed in good communication when parts took a while to arrive. The turn around was very reasonable once my bike was in shop. My Vespa looks as good as new! Perfect work - it looks like I just rode it off the lot.

I like that the conscientiously ensure my car is in the shop the least amount of days, and the workmanship is always perfect. They are also amazing detailing a car! My car looked brand new when I got it back. Well worth the cost. I highly recommend Westwind.

I have a dogwalking business, and Shannon helps me find just the right rental agency, to rent a similar SUV while my car is being worked on. Very helpful.
They do great work and their prices are very fare. I love my Magnum and am very thankful I can trust Westwind to consistently do excellent work. My father painted cars, professionally for years, and he knows good work. I always get his approval!
Also, they finish the job when they say they will, and don't keep it longer than they estimate. That really helps!!
