Looking for a late snack to tie us over to dinner landed us at this cute food truck. They serve up Bowls, Buns and Burritos. Since the truck is called Westcoast Salty Buns, we decided to try the steam buns as we thought that was what it was referring to. The Jasko smoked mole chicken bun is topped with cabbage, pickled onions, pineapple salsa, pico de gallo, salsa verde and cholula mayo on a steamed bun. Fresh flavors balanced with the smoked mole, along with the crunch of the cabbage against the soft steam buns. A non-traditional combination that works!

Looking for lunch in Ucluelet on a Sunday and we landed here. Super friendly staff working out of a 1976 Winnibego named Wild Wanda!
They made us a Custom "Flo" with Salmon subbed in, also a normal smoked pollo and a Chadzilla. See pics for menu descriptions.
Portion sizes at very generous, taste is yummy. Ingredients are undoubtedly fresh.
The consensus was that if we lived in Tofino, we would definitely drive to Westcoast Sticky Buns for Sunday lunch!
Great spot, highly recommend this local fare.

The best food truck food I've ever had. The chef is a pro - don't miss this one but come early / they do sell out!!

After eating tacos and fish n chips for days, this was a refreshing change of pace. The Monster and the Sea bowl was fresh and deliciously balanced with its pickled onions and salsa. The bacos were also interesting and yummy too!

Everything on the menu is amazing, you will have to return several times unless you are an eating contest champion. Have to try everything and keep going back. The sockeye bowl is my fav, it's perfect!
