I would go back to get the mac and cheese again! It was creamy and all around perfect! The baked chicken on the other hand was dry and really hard to eat and the green beans were on the raw side. Decent snack for when I was starving.

If I could rate this store a -5 (MINUS FIVE) stars for customer service at the front desk, I would. I'm a frequent shopper at Whole Foods, both in Canada and the US, and I've generally had positive experiences. However, my recent encounter at this particular location left me extremely disappointed.
I purchased two pieces of Beef Chuck Short Rib, approximately 1 lb. Upon opening the package at home, I discovered that one of the pieces was almost entirely fat (see the photo for reference). Naturally, I returned to the store to address the issue.
I approached a gentleman named Brendan or Bredan at the front desk and attempted to explain the situation. However, instead of listening to my concerns, he repeatedly questioned my knowledge of beef short ribs: "Are you familiar with Beef Short Ribs?" Bro, I am sorry for not being a butcher, but you butchered our conversation. Despite my attempts to engage in a constructive conversation, he seemed disinterested and unwilling to acknowledge the problem.
Eventually, I received a refund, but the lack of empathy and understanding from Brendan/Bredan was disheartening. However, my experience with the staff in the meat department was a stark contrast. They were incredibly helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was even offered 1 kg of beef ribs for free as compensation.
I appreciate the efforts of the meat department staff in enhancing my overall experience, but the dismissive attitude displayed by the front desk personnel is something that needs to be addressed by management. Customer service should be consistent across all departments, and unfortunately, my encounter with Brendan/Bredan fell far short of expectations.

This Whole Foods is a mainstay in Yorkville - it has all I need, the staff is solid and location is perfect.

Security guards and staff keeping a watchful eye on customers while they check out and bag their own groceries. Dystopian. Ironic since Whole Foods are the actual thieves with prices higher than anywhere else. I suppose the next 'improvement' they could implement is have customers collect their groceries off the truck in the loading bay. Thankfully i have many other options in my neighborhood: Fiesta Farm,ms, Summerhill Market and Eataly

Service is good. Ambiance and food are not. Lot s of dogs walking around the store and food areas sniffing and scoffing. I stopped going there, there are other alternatives

I USED to shop here...not anymore!
Staff are RUDE and so called customer service is worse. Nasty attitude with mediocre and over priced food.
      NO thanks!
NEVER again! This is not just me. I've spoken to several people about how bad the attitude from staff is. Everyone carries organic now. WF has no more cachet

This location of Whole Foods is very convenient to get to because it's right in Yorkville, and only a stone's throw away from the Yonge-Bloor or Bay subway station. It's also walking distance from downtown or financial district. The selection of items is pretty complete and comparable to the other Whole Foods locations throughout the GTA. They have a pretty big salad and hot food bar, and a wide selection of ready grab-and-go foods including salad bowls, sandwiches, sushi, and various other healthy options. They're also environmentally friendly, as their containers and packaging are all either recycleable or compostable.

Underground parking validation available for purchases over $25. This store is easily accessible & clean in swanky yorkville. Their selection is great & everyone was very friendly.

I like the food, the prices... meh... but above all what I don't like about this store is the blatant hypocrisy. They boast "customer service", or along the lines of "service with a smile" (so to speak), but it is anything but. I recall speaking with a Lisa McCallister who was not exactly pleasant to talk to. Then at the end of one aisle, I heard her shouting and screaming something incoherent, and then inciting other co-workers to join her. They looked down the aisle at me and joined her in mocking and laughing at me. I don't know what the hell this was about, but it was very, very immature and unprofessional. Hardly the customer service they boast about. She was practically screaming like a banshee. I won't shop here ever again. Thank you Lisa McCallister for showing me the error of my ways.

The only store worth buying groceries in. Farm boy pretends to be quality but it is not even close. Lots of food with artificial ingredients whereas Wholefoods only sells food without artificial crap. You can taste difference. No quality baked goods at all at Farm boy. Read the long list of chemicals in their muffins and cakes. And Farm boy, Sobeys or Loblaws is more expensive! Anytime I go to these stores I walk out with next to nothing. Not even a decent bread. No the sourdough at Loblaws is not great. Anyone that raves about it just has not tried quality bread. The list goes on and on. Cumbraes and Healthy Butcher are great places for meat.
