I've lived in bay area for more than 20 years and got more and more frustrated with the deteriorating medical services in California. After the last move to a new home in south bay 2 years ago, I decided to find a new primary physician for my family, hoping to find someone we can really trust and rely on.

After some online search, we found Willow Glen Primary Care. After the initial call, I was kind of hesitant about the concierge service they provide and the annual membership fee which were all new to us. We decided to give it a try after the first onsite consultation just wanted to see how concierge works.

Surprisingly, this decision turned out much better than we hoped for. Whenever we had any medical needs, either annual exams or ad hoc emergencies, we were always able to make appointments within few days or talk to Dr. Lindsay over the phone right away. She's extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to spend hours explaining everything we need to know and answer our questions. Even during weekends, we're still able to reach her cellphone for urgent needs. This really helped us build trust in Dr. Lindsay.

I started to have some weird chronicle GI illness 1.5 years ago which later was diagnosed something that has no cure yet. Dr. Lindsay did not give up on me. She worked closely with my GI doctor to come up with customized treatments to help improve my daily life quality. In the meantime, she also looked for more ways to diagnose my conditions. Recently we finally found possible root cause and started treating it. I've been getting much better ever since, almost close to normal life. Thank you Dr. Lindsay!

Peaceful office. Dr. Lindasy is wonderful! She always listens. Once, when doing a procedure, I said, "Ow!" and she asked if I wanted to stop, because it is my body. That was a new experience. Doctors have always said things like, "We are nearly done." Meaning, "just put up with it." Not Dr. Lindasy. She is thoughtful, observant, and wise.

I called to get some information about Insurance and in-network criteria for their service. The person who picked up the phone was not friendly. According to just two minutes conversation with her what I understood is that it is a private clinic which doesn't except any insurance. You have to take some kind of yearly membership and when I ask about the membership fee I got vague response. If I have a bad experience with only two minutes conversation then I can't imagine what will happen when you go there in person.

Willow Glen Primary Care Medicine is a family primary care practice that is owned and operated by Dr Sian Lindsay. Check out the web site. It explains her practice very well and why it is different, and, in my opinion far superior to the typical family doctor/patient relationship.

Doctor Lindsay is not just the typical family care physician (a job at which she excels), but also a very professional healthcare manager, caring for all aspects of your overall health and well being. She does not hesitate to call in specialists, or contact community support services, when needed and makes sure all specialist are talking to each other and that all medical treatments are coordinated and consistent .

Being a concierge practice, she is able to take as much time as necessary to address your medical needs, not just the typical 3 - 10 minute visit. Lately, I've had a lot of serious medical issues, and my typical doctors visit runs 1 - 2 hours.

In summary, Dr Lindsay is an extremely competent, caring, and professional primary care physician. She is easy to talk to and always listens to, and addresses, your cares and concerns. I give her high praise for keeping me vertical over the last few months of very serious and trying medical issues. You would be hard pressed to find a better primary care physician. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

One of the most difficult tasks when moving a senior loved one to a new area is finding the proper medical care. I have a 94 year old uncle who is living at a senior assisted living facility in Willow Glen. In my quest to find someone who had experience in providing quality personal care to seniors, Dr. Lindsay's name came up over and over with sterling references. She offers a personal service that allows me to contact her anytime (24x24). Additionally, she has an amazing knowledge of resources for supporting senior care needs that can be delivered without my uncle leaving his room i.e., Podiatrist nail trimming, physical therapy, speech therapy, X-rays, blood test, urine tests. She's been the key medical contact interfacing and overseeing the assisted living facility on my uncle's behalf and makes visits to my uncle rather than having to transport him to her office. She has made herself invaluable in guiding/educating me through the process of dementia, to include the drugs and refocusing techniques that if utilized properly, allow a person with dementia to enjoy life as much as possible without being drugged in a stupor. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. Her concierge service, personal commitment to her patients and their families, and keen knowledge of not just the administering/managing of medications but the whole wellness of all involved makes her a treasure and blessing to her clients. Her rates are very reasonable for the service and care she provides. I give her the highest rating possible.
