I can't express how, before I met Wilson and his team, how disappointed I was with the real estate agents in our area. They just wanted to make a quick buck and didn't care about actually finding you a home--even, though it's going to be the most expensive purchase of your life.

Thank you Wilson and my agent Wesley for sticking by me through this time consuming process. I always recommend you to everyone I meet because you're professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and just 100% hardworking and nice.

I consider myself lucky to have found them. My previous agents really screwed me over, and I can't stress how important trust and communication is in finding the right agent and the right home.

Wesley helped us with the sale of our home and was excellent from beginning to end. We had some unusual circumstances when we initially contacted him, but he and his team (shoutout to Priscilia and Amy) were there for us every step of the way. We found Wesley to be very knowledgeable and his communication skills were both efficient and effective. I never felt like I was asking a dumb question, and it was always very easy to get in touch when necessary. If you're looking for a reliable real estate agent/team--look no further.

Wesley ghosted us.

We are new to buying homes in the Bay Area and was looking for a realtor on Yelp, we crossed our fingers and because of the good reviews, reached out to Wesley. In the beginning, he was attentive and responsive. We even got pre-approved by the loan officer he recommended! We were close to putting an offer on a house but after reviewing the disclosures, we decided to pass. This was the beginning of the end. Almost immediately after, Wesley was longer suggesting properties or contacting us. We were ghosted.

I'm writing this review because I am genuinely curious if this is how realtors treat potential home buyers that need the extra time to find the perfect home. Is ghosting an acceptable practice here? After our terrible experience with Wesley last Feb, we eventually decided to wait and see how the housing market would fare in the next several months. It's now November and we're back looking for a home. Based on our experience with Wesley, we're reluctant to contact any new realtors.

Wilson is one of the best real estate agents I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to share his expertise. What sets him apart from other agents is his honesty and integrity which brings peace of mind and assurance when buying or selling real estate. You won't regret working with him and it may be one of best decisions you ever made.

After an extensive search for a realtor in So. San Francisco, I contacted Wilson Leung. I had an inherited home that had been a rental for many years, which needed upgrading, to realize a top dollar sale. His professional team worked with me throughout the upgrade. Marketing the home his team went above and beyond. We did realize a top dollar sale and could not be more pleased. We met our real estate agent Justin at an open house. Justin's warm personality and willingness to help really drew us to him and so we decided to have him help us with our buying process.

We are very fortunate to not only have Justin but also Wesley to help us navigate the home buying process and this made finding our first home a lot less daunting. As first time buyers we had lots of questions but they were able to answer all questions and address all concerns. With their expertise, we were able to get our very first offer accepted and closed on a house all within a month!

I highly recommend Wesley and Justin! They are true professionals and are always thinking on their clients behalf.

Wesley, Sharon and Amy helped us get our first home and were great.

We just bought a house in South San Francisco and they helped us from the start and then for a few months as we put 5 offers in on different houses (losing typically due to all cash offers). They were very responsive over text and email. They helped with the legwork with finding mortgage lenders and their rates and providing good referrals.

We had found them via some brochure at an open house and then the Yelp reviews. As first time homebuyers, Wesley and Sharon helped with initial guidance about the process, then finding homes in our criteria, reviewing disclosures and inspection reports with us, making offers, coordinating with the lender, etc
