I was desperately searching for someone to fix my broken iPhone 6 screen last minute today. Luckily I stumbled upon Gary! He was willing to come to the shop last minute to fix my phone (in which he did a fantastic job). He was able to fix my phone in a very timely manner and has impeccable customer service. He can also come to you to fix your phone! I would definitely recommend him for your phone repairs.

I contacted Wireless Options through Yelp along with a few other businesses to get the screen on my Pixel 4 and the battery on my Pixel 5A replaced. Gary responded in minutes with the Amazon links for the parts he recommended and cost of labor that he'd charge, and told me to let him know once I was ready with the replacement parts. I really appreciate his transparency re: the cost of the parts. Can't have hidden charges if you're ordering the parts yourself!

Unfortunately, Gary and I had a schedule conflict that led me to get the Pixel 4 fixed by AnB Repair. When I asked that business if they could fix the Pixel 5A, they said they didn't have the skill to fix it due to some technical stuff involving the screen, and told me to contact Wireless Options. So you've got a responsive, honest man who is well-reviewed on Yelp and also comes recommended by his peer (who is also well-reviewed on Yelp!)!

This is anticlimactic but Gary wasn't able to fix the phone because its chip was overheating or something. But he did his best and didn't charge me the labor cost! I asked for his venmo of course, this sort of reliable responsive skilled business needs to be supported. Thank you so much Gary! I now know who to go to if I ever have phone issues.

Great customer service my mom had broke her phone a while back and was too hard headed to get it fixed until it was no longer working. I called and got an answer right away ! He was willing to drive to me without a second thought and without knowing the distance to come fix the phone, even though he has children he makes sure to put his business first and he is very intentional with his work and he is very professional I definitely recommend this guy!

Gary was truly an Angel when my iPhone screen went wonky while
on vacation in Oakland. He came on time to our meeting place and fixed my phone quickly. Everything went very smooth and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend Gary's services to anyone looking for help.

Gary couldn't have been more helpful! He sent me the Amazon link to buy a new screen (no worry about buying the wrong part), I dropped off the phone and new screen at the Solano location, and he actually delivered the repaired phone to my house later that day. Great service!

Needed a screen replacement on my Google 6 Pro. Gary responded promptly and was competitive on pricing. He advised me that I'd save money by ordering the part myself on Amazon, which I did. I was leaving town Monday and eager to get the phone fixed before my trip. Amazon promised a Saturday delivery, but it didn't arrive until 9:00 PM. I messaged Gary right away, expecting to have to wait until after my trip to get my phone repaired. Incredibly, Gary offered to repair it on Sunday morning if I brought the phone to him. A couple of hours later I was back in business!

Besides the great service, it was a complete pleasure dealing with Gary. He's clearly a kind, thoughtful, and gentle person and a dedicated father. I recommend him highly.

Gary offers an amazing service! I sought him out to repair two Samsung phones; he told me where I could purchase the material from for the best quality and price; and once they arrived he picked up my phones, repaired, and returned both within a about 2/3 hours. I highly recommend his business and will definitely use his services again as needed!
