We had some cracks in our 18-year old floor. The WFM team did a great job and the floor looks like new again.

I hired this company to redo my hardwood floors over a year ago. I recently noticed a few large cracks in the floors due to condensation and leakage from my AC and emailed them about it. Even though I am technically outside of the 1 year guarantee window they came to my apartment to fix the issue and did not charge me. I am very happy with their customer service and the job completed today!

Unfortunately the work Wood Flooring Masters did for our NYC apartment was not good. It was messy, unfinished, and unprofessional. Our scope of work included floors sanded, stained, and finished. The first time we saw the floors we noticed some inconsistencies and asked for some touch ups to fix them and honestly they made it even worse than it was before.

The only reason my review is 2 stars is because they were really responsive overall.

Superb job! Esma and Umut at Wood Flooring Masters were very responsive. They are competitive on pricing, offered various options, and took the time to explain things to me. My floors looked beautiful after they completed their sanding work. Would I re-hire them if any future needs arise? Absolutely.

I had asked that broken tiles in various areas on a parkay floor be replaced and was concerned that the replaced tiles would not match the original floor. The WFM team arrived on time and worked neatly, taking care to protect the furniture in the room. They did a great job removing broken pieces, replacing them, and staining the replaced tiles so that they very closely matched the original floor.

This company rescued me when I had a renter whose teenage kids wrecked the floors on two beautiful bedrooms by dragging Furniture across them and even carving a heart with initials into one of them . They refinished the floors in one day and you would never know there was a problem . Their price was extremely Fair and they were attentive and fast at getting back to me , their attention to details is exactly what you want from someone who works on a home for you . So often companies are careless and just don't seem to want to do the work . Wood flooring Masters is exactly the opposite . They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish . And the best part is that start to finish was only a couple of days long! Clearly they have real pride in their work . What a pleasure ! My highest recommendation.

Im so impressed how amazing service I received from Wood Flooring Masters. I was moving to an apartment with serious wood floor damaging, and I just had a week before moving to repair it, They answered my request for estimate so quickly. Once I agreed with estimate over a weekend they got all paperwork in place to present to the Board of the building for approval, they started right away and in just two days they had the whole apartment wood floor refinishing done, with a beautiful new stain that Im in love with like brand new!
