Such an awesome experience, this is why it's great to shop local. I called the shop and left a message, got a call back from the owner, finally made my way down there. He was happy I did some homework and discuss models based on the floors in my home. No hard up-sell. He actually does a demonstration shows how the models function the key features and how to maintain them. The owner actually take 2 models home I was in between buying so my wife can also use them and figure out which one is better for our home. You can't get this kind of service online. Usually the reason I don't always shop local is because of the price difference, however; the prices at the store were the same price or better than you find online. If you are looking for a quality top tier vacum and within 30 miles of this store, I promise it will be worth it to give them a chance to earn your business.

I had taken my Dyson completely apart to try and find an obstruction and was unsuccessful. I decided yo bring it in to have a young gentleman diagnose it for repair. Within minutes, he found the obstruction (translucent) cap and remove it, and the Dyson was back in working condition. I asked him for the cost and all he asked for was a good review.

I will not hesitate to bring my business back or drive business their way in the future. This is how a business should be ran, unlike Kaiser Permanente! Lol.

This place is amazing! First of all, the owner, who I assume is named Pavel, let my friends and I come in 5 before closing, even though he knew we were coming for repair for our vacuum. Even though we came very late, he was kind and patient and still willing to share his knowledge throughout his thought process. He was very transparent and taught me a lot. We ended up buying a new vacuum at a very affordable price, and I am overly grateful for him! I am definitely coming back if I need a new vacuum or vacuum repairs, and even for sewing machines. What a great store to bring my questions for my Janome . I had no idea that they carried some of the products that I didn't get to buy for my machine when I first purchased it in 1995. So much better than trying to figure it out on eBay if their accessories will fit my machine. Will be my first stop when looking for things for my Janome. He even had an LED replacement light for my machine which wasn't even available when I purchased it years ago. Helped walk me through installing it and talked about any questions I have about my machine. Really helpful and kind people working in that shop. The technician even came out when the owner was busy. He talk to me about different machines since mine is so old. No pressure just great information.

It you and interested in a new vacuum cleaner then look not further. The owner is incredibly helpful and he will get to know your cleaning needs to match you with the correct product. I think he has a PhD in vacuums! I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received.
