      First to Review

We booked them a few days in advance. They had a nice website, an easy reservation system online. We got an e-mail confirmation with all the details...

      So far, so good ...

However, when the morning came, the car didn't show up. We waited, then called and got no answer. 5 minutes later we called again, and the guy who answered said he'd call us back. That struck us as really odd for a car service company (usually they'd put you on hold and radio them, or call them on the other line).

When they didn't call us back, and time running out (to be sure we caught our flight), we decided to just drive to the airport. Given it was a holiday weekend, the long term parking at the airport was full, so we ended up paying short term rates for our whole trip (of 10 days).

At this point, they aren't returning our e-mails, and we've initiated a dispute through paypal. I'm somewhat convinced this is a fraudulent service ... if not, they have horrible customer service, and bad business ethics. You don't not show up when its to the airport!!!

AKA all time limo. First off they charged my friends credit card several times. They promised a limo but when the driver arrived it was an old SUV. It smelled like cigarettes. The driver never introduced himself and was rude. We went to Napa and when he drove us to the next vineyard, he did not look happy. This company is shady and please be aware that you might not get a limo when booking.
I just read someone else's review that said the limo driver was in the hospital so they sent an suv. That's the exact same thing they told us. Please beware of these frauds!

      BEWARE.

THE NAME IS DECEIVING. YOU DO NOT NECESSARILY GET A LIMO.

My bridesmaids booked a "limo" with "World Class Limo" and paid for 12 hours of service for them to take us from San Francisco to Napa.

First off, they were late. When we called the company, I guess the driver had arrived but was calling the wrong phone number. Not sure how that happened. Then when we went downstairs, the 6 of us were disappointed to find that it was not an actual limo vehicle. They sent a large suburban that had a third row seating in the back to accommodate 6. The back row, however, didn't really have a middle seat, and one of the girls had to accompany the driver in the front, so we didn't really get to have the cohesive, group experience we were looking for.

We were in need of a way to get to Napa though, and it was a little late to look into other options because we had wine tours booked, so we hopped in anyways.

Our driver, I think his name was Andrew, never introduced himself to us or confirmed our identity. Actually, he called my friend Stephanie but her name is actually Tiffany so the first 10 minutes we were a bit worried he had the wrong party. He didn't really inquire about the day or were we were planning on going, and overall it made for an awkward experience. When we got in the suburban, he didn't ask if we wanted music, or if the temperature was ok? Eventually one of my bridesmaids asked him if she could play some music. Also, his cologne was EXTREMELY strong and made me nauseous the entire day.

At one point during our day, the winery we wanted to go to was busy so we were looking for a smaller winery to pop into sans reservation. I asked Andrew for recommendations since I figure he's a driver and probably knows the area well, but he was very unhelpful and just said "i don't know" and continued doing whatever he was doing on his phone.

On the way home, one of my bridesmaids had to use the restroom and he looked mildly annoyed that we had to pull over.

Once again, the smell of his cologne (or maybe the car air freshener?) was nauseating and I really wish he would've stayed with a neutral scent.

At the end of the night, he dropped us off at dinner in the city and there was no "Thanks for using our service. This concludes the night" or any type of good bye. It was very strange. We got out of the car at the restaurant.. he didn't even get out to open the doors for us or to give us any type of receipt. Then he drove away. We didn't even get a chance to tip him. Oh well.

      DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible service.

I had purchased a round trip airport transportation through Groupon. My initial phone contact to make an appointment was with Frank at World Class Limo. I provided him with my pick up information for March 19th from my home and my airport pick up for March 22nd. My kids and I were picked up on March 19th just fine. When I arrived back at SFO with my 2 kids on March 22nd, no one was there to pick us up.

Initially, Frank had told me that his driver would call me around the time my plane arrives. I didn't receive any calls or messages from them. I then called them 3 times from the airport in a 20 minute span and left voice messages all 3 times. My kids and I had to take a cab home.

I thought perhaps they'll at least return my calls last night or today to apologize or explain what happened, but I received no calls. I am requesting a 50% refund on my original Groupon purchase since we only received half the service. Groupon is working with me on this.

I would have given World Class Limo 0 stars, but at least they were on time when they picked us up from our home. I'm giving them 1 star because they left me and my 2 kids standing curbside at the airport without even contacting me as to why they didn't show up. Plus, they didn't return my call after leaving them 3 messages. Extremely unprofessional. They need to change their name.

DO NOT book with this company. I found this place on Groupon and as a courtesy to the company I purchased directly through them verses through Groupon so Groupon would not take any of their commission. I booked my reservation 3 months in advance to ensure we had transportation to the Oakland airport from San Jose.

I received a call from the company the night before our pickup to ensure they had the correct address and pickup time 3:45am, which they did. He provided me the name of our driver which was PJ and his direct number. At this point I felt very secure with this company.

Well 3:45am today came and went, and NO pickup. I called PJ at 3:50am, he answered his cell phone, stated he did not have our reservation and hung up on me before I could get another word in. I called him back 5 more times and was sent to voicemail every time. I called the person I originally booked with and his phone was turned off. This company has been a complete let down! I had to drive myself and my 5 other family members to the airport myself and paid an arm and a leg for parking at the airport!

This company charged my credit card $180 for a service they did NOT provide and I am requesting a 100% refund! I will NEVER do business with this company again!

Do not use this company! I originally found this company on Groupon. But when I called, Frank said to book directly with them instead of Groupon. The first Pu was fine but no one showed up at to pick us up at our prearranged 2nd PU at SFO. I text and called Frank and he said that Sarah was picking us up. She was a no show. After waiting on the curb for 45 mins he text me to call UberX. UberX showed up withing 10 mins. Frank stated that he would credit my credit card, but I haven't seen any credit and it's been 3 weeks. BEWARE if you are searching to use this company!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, (AKA World Class Limo, Inc). Do your research and you will see that they have different postings in different cities. This company which is ran by Frank had their PUC permit revoked in April of this year. This means that they are not to be doing business in the state of California do to anything from not having the right commercial insurance,to not being licensed. I had the worst experience with this company, do yourself a favor and call a different company who will treat you with respect and honesty. They have 2 vehicles in their fleet, a small sedan and an SUV, do not be fooled by the owner who will tell you they have limousines. He will end up showing up with an SUV leaving you with no option or stranded. I would love to give them no stars, but that option is not given, STAY AWAY!!

Total scam! Don't book with any one with any of the following names:

      All Time Limo
      World Class Limo
      SFOWorldClassLimo.com

They're all the same company and will just take your money.

      Consider yourself warned.

BEWARE of SF World Class Limo, (AKA World Class Limo, Inc., www.sfoworldclasslimo.com). The owner is named Frank. I had a terribly disappointing and expensive experience with this company. I believe the owner is both unethical and dishonest and the company is unprofessional and unreliable. I am seeking a reimbursement through my credit card company. I paid for a 10-hour stretch limo with two bottles of champagne and I got an older standard SUV, no champagne, not enough room for everyone, and it was an hour late!
I hired World Class Limo, Inc. for a 10-hour Napa tour for 6 ladies in a stretch limo leaving San Francisco at 9AM on June 20th. I emailed and called several limo companies in March 2015 to check availability and pricing. Frank was one of the first to return my call. I explained to him that I wanted to host a really special weekend for six ladies and I needed a stretch limo. Frank convinced me to use his company, promising a spectacular experience in a stretch limo with two complimentary bottles of champagne. He told me that he would charge me the rate of his Groupon deal but asked that I pay him in full directly in order to get his special rate ($500) and to lock-in the reservation. He even convinced me to pre-pay a $100 gratuity for the driver. I never asked for discount pricing. I just wanted to rent a reliable and professional stretch limo. My card was charged in full in early March, and I received a paid invoice from the company. They invoice lacked many of the details Frank had discussed with me (pick-up time, limo description, the 2 bottles of champagne) so I immediately replied via email asking for confirmation on the details that we had discussed. I finally received written confirmation that I would be getting a stretch limousine on the date/time requested.
Several weeks ago, I emailed the company again asking for a confirmation that everything was set. I never received any response to my email so I finally called Frank directly. He confirmed that we would be picked up at 9AM in a stretch limo and asked that I email over our itinerary.
At 8:30AM on the morning of our limo tour, as the ladies were congregating at my house, I received a phone call from a man named Adrian who said he was our driver. He told me that someone had puked in our limo the day before and we would have to take a SUV instead. Nothing he said made any logical sense and I immediately sensed that I was being lied to. I argued that we had already paid for and reserved the stretch limo, and we would not fit in an ordinary SUV. Adrian seemed very vague on the details of my reservation, though he claimed to work for World Class Limo, Inc. I called Frank and he started explaining that when the sun hit the limo in Napa, it would really start stinking and we would definitely want to just settle for the SUV. Then a 3rd man called me and claimed that he was also my driver, and he told the same puke story with slightly different details. He also claimed to work for World Class Limo, but was completely unaware of the details of my reservation. After an hour of arguing with 3 different people on the phone Frank finally told me that the only way I was going to get picked up was in a SUV, but not to worry because it was a 10-person escalade so all 6 of us would fit and there was nothing else he could do to remedy the situation, other than cancel the whole trip. He offered no discount or apology. It was clear that the puke story was fabricated and that he simply double booked his limo. At 9:40AM an older model standard SUV pulled up. The driver told me his name was Adrian, though he didn't sound anything like the Adrian I had spoken to on the phone. It was really confusing because he didn't know any of the details of our prior conversation. He eventually admitted that Frank asked him to lie and tell me that his name was Adrian and that he worked for World Class Limo, but that he was actually just another transportation company that Frank had hired to drive us to Napa. He knew nothing of our reservation, didn't even realize that I had pre-paid and was shocked to find out that I had made the reservation so far in advance. His SUV had seat-belts for 5 ladies, if one of us sat in the front with him. There was no champagne. I sat crammed in the middle of the backbench seat. We left the city almost an hour behind schedule and were late for every single one of our tasting and tours. The winery's allowed us to participate in the tastings but we missed two of the tours. They were non-refundable, a total value of $850.
The worst part of the situation is that I had to spend over an hour arguing on the phone with 3 different unprofessional men, while my friends waited for the limo, explaining the details of our reservation over and over again while they all tried to tell me a slightly different version of the puke story.
