the basics: prompt response to request for quote, and a reasonable quote. prompt appointment for service, and on time for service and accurate estimate of time required for repair.

more important stuff: did an excellent job. if you bend down close and especially if you change your viewing angle and stare at where you know the damage parts were, you can see where the repair was done. otherwise, when more than 1 foot distant and you stare, you can't see there was a repair. if you didn't know where the damage was, i think you'd need to study the car for quite a while to find the repair.

Jim came out to my house to work on the dents. Did a great job. Reasonable price. Good service. Friendly guy worked with me to set up the repair to fit my schedule. I highly recommend this company.
