They treated me like family with their hospitality offering me water and even food. Yama walked me through the whole process of financing and was very transparent with me. Mad respect and gratitude to them for the excellent experience.

Love this family owned and run business that is truly interested in giving great service trying to create life long business relationships. Very friendly, very helpful/knowledgeable and very efficient! They have good selection available, offer good deals and treats each car like it's their own. Sal was our guy but we met the father and brothers who were all great. Also a great place to sell your car. One of the best dealers we have ever worked with.

I recently purchased a truck from this phenomenal family-owned car dealer and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I arrived, the brothers were very friendly and focused on my needs for the truck I was interested in. They were very kind and respectful to my father who came with me to check out the truck. They offered transparent and fair pricing without any hidden fees. They had a nice selection of vehicles. Negotiations were smooth, and I got a great deal that fit my budget. Their after-sales service was top-notch, addressing all my inquiries promptly. I highly recommend this dealer for an outstanding experience and an unbeatable deal on your next vehicle!

My car got totaled in an accident and my husband went looking for a replacement. We happened to find exactly what we were looking for at Yama. We had no idea the amazing experience we were about to have. We put down a deposit to hold the vehicle because we had to fly in to pick it up. We live in San Diego, and Yama is located far away in Fremont. The day arrived for us to fly in and pick up the car. To say it was easy would be an under- statement. Sal mad everything go so smoothly, we were blown away!!! He had the paperwork already started, so all we had to do was sign, make our payment, grab the keys, and get on the road. We were done within a half an hour!!!
I can't say enough kind words about Sal and his brother. This is the place you want to purchase your next vehicle from!!!

Even though my wife and I didn't purchase the vehicle (2012 Toyota Prius V) that we were interested in, Sal did not do any "high pressure" sales tactics. He is so laid back (beach mentality!!!) and so easy to converse with. He stated that "if we don't feel comfortable with the vehicle, don't buy it." Now, that's a rarity in this world and we truly appreciated Sal for that.

From the other vehicles that we saw there, Yama seems to be picky about what they will sell to the public. Again, Sal stated "if he wouldn't want to buy/own it, why should he try and sell it?!

I don't leave too many reviews, but when a person or business is either awesome or a pain to deal with, I feel it's nice to let others know. In this case ... AWESOME!!!

I was looking at a used Toyota Highlander and Yama auto just happened to have one in their inventory, I checked their website, yelp review, and I have a good feeling regarding their customer service and I always like to purchase things from family owned business. They did not disappoint and I have to write a 5 stars review for them .
Sal helped me all the way through and he is a very genuine guy and family man. He helped me for a test drive , making sure everything is a beautiful condition, and gave me a ride from Fremont bart station to their shop. He helped me to process all the documentation, never being pushy. The whole process was very easy, no pressure and I got my beautiful 2015 toyota highlander. I want to give Sal 10 stars . I will definitely visit again if i need another used car and I will certainly share with my friends.

I found this dealership through Carfax and boy what a blessing it was. My first point of contact was Sal. From the hello he was friendly, easy going and extremely helpful. Where my husband and I had never heard of an 'indoor dealership" and was about to pull off because it felt "sketchy" on the drive by - Sal eased our nerves with his kind, reassuring demeanor.

We pulled into the lot and he met us at the door. From there, the experience was amazing. He gave us information I've never received from a dealer. He didn't try to upsell us or play us on the down payment. We told him what we wanted and what we could do and he worked on our behalf to get it done. Hear me again, he worked on our behalf! That alone is the reason you should choose them.

We were able to drive off with our new car and it is everything we hoped it would be.
