I'm getting ready to go down to Modesto to buy 2 golf carts and I just happen to see this company in Livermore. I called and asked a question about financing spoke to a guy named Joel who was very polite inviting professional over the phone he said let me find out I'll get right back to you. All of a sudden the guy named Brian comes on the phone Just says "this is Brian!, I said I'm talking to a guy named Joel. Yeah he sent you to me! No explanation as to why he's on the phone no hi this is Brian, Joel sent you over to me. How can I help you" just a very uninviting pick up on the phone. I'm looking to buy two golf carts. Thank God, I didn't send my mother in there to buy a golf cart. They would've bullied her around. Customer service starts on the phone and it continues through the process. These people don't care you can tell just by the way the employees pick up the phone and are rude to people. They don't even know that are the lifeblood of their company. if they have an associate that that grumpy that rude. That means the company is not treating their people right. I'm gonna buy from someone in Danville or Modesto not Livermore

The staff at Yamaha Golf Cars is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me identify and source all the parts that I needed in order to get my broken cart up and running.

They also had used replacement bench seat which is going to save me a wet bumm during the winter.

Just purchased a new Yamaha Drive 2 electric version. It really goes nice over the hills and is really peppy on the paths. I couldn't resist getting some cool extras like the nice rims, and I even had them put my company logo on there. It's a sweet ride to take clients out in. Tons of cup holders and secure spots for your golf balls. Great when you hit a bump and all your stuff doesn't fly out of the cart. Hey, it happens! Super happy with the service I received from these guys. Brian was great. I had a few questions later on the cart and he answered everything and told me I could contact him whenever. Nice! It's also really quiet. That was something I asked for when I contacted them. All around great experience, and now I'm ready to hit the links. (my wife now wants her own cart now... this may cost me!)

This place is great. Hubby has been looking for a cart for his sporting clays shooting. All his buddies have them and they referred us to Yamaha Golf Cars. They had a great selection of both used and new so that we could find something that fits into our budget. They were pretty patient with me for asking a lot of questions and explained all the different options and accessories available. My hubby couldn't be more happy with his purchase. He now gets to zip around the clays course with the rest of the old guys. I would totally recommend this place again!

The owners of this business are beyond reproach with excellent customer service and business savvy. Any time I have needed help with service I can count on this team.

Not alot to golf cart repair places in the area, Yamaha has always gone out of their way to do whatever they can to fix the problems on my old beat up cart. I recommend them 100% for your needs.

Phenomenal service. James was responsive to my emails, offered to replace my motorhome batteries if they were too difficult for me to access. I brought them in separately, but he unloaded them from my car, reloaded new ones, cleaned some terminal connectors I had and helped me with corrosion prevention. Couldn't have given me better service. Will do all such service here from now on and will refer others.
