Yen's Auto Service

I needed to get front tires and an alignment done, and though the wait was long due to extraneous factors, Yen's did a great job for a reasonable price, whereas other places had quoted absurdly higher for what is essentially a very straightforward job involving fairly unpretentios tires--mid-to-low range in fact. Very satisfied. Friendly, honest staff with plenty of food trucks nearby.

I contacted them through yelp to get an oil change and a wheel alignment. They responded very quickly and provided an extremely fair quote. Once I got there, service was clean and fast. I moved down to San José, so I'm a lot farther away now, but I'd be willing to make the trip up again to get serviced by them!

After we were serviced, my boyfriend and I got some tacos from the food truck that was parked in their lot. The food was great and one of the staff at Yen's walked up to us and offered to take a picture of us eating out of my trunk :)

I had my brakes, rotors, and serpentine belt replaced this time. They quoted 3 hours and finished in two. They called me once the repair was complete.

It's been two weeks since the repair, and brakes are silent with no shaking. So far so good.

Location is on a corner of an intersection. They typically have parking available. I find that they are fair with pricing, and the quality is pretty good. They've been around forever, so that must say something.

Being in a car pickle is never a good thing. BUT having found a gem of a service team in YEN'S AUTO SERVICE is definitely a sweet joy! Hamza was responsive in an email/text blast that YELP! initiated on my behalf! (This tool of Yelp!'s is great to utilize!).
Hamza was very transparent and helpful in terms of what my 'Brake' job would cover. He even gave me options: Premium, medium, Or economy ... which breaks down to expensive, middle expensive, or cheaper .
Brake replacement was done accordingly ... within a couple hours, same day! They even mentioned that my car was missing a lug nut!!! [Ughhh... not their fault!!! But I did have my tires rotated recently at a reputable tire specialist in San Rafael!!! I would think that their tools would've done the job to ensure proper security & safety! ... ~cough cough: rhymes with Explains (Tire)].
Overall service requested from Yen's met, if not, exceeded my expectations
Definitely would return should something else come about with my 2013 Ford Edge Limited.

My wife's Subaru had a slow tire leak and these guys were able to get me in as a morning walk (drive) in. The tire wasn't repairable and anyway all four were at 50,000 miles so they set me up with four new good quality tires at a reasonable price. They were done in just over an hour. Very professional and easy to work with.

I appreciated the prompt response with my vehicle general inspection request. They were able to perform a basic diagnostic and provide recommendations without pressuring to fix. Would recommend these guys.

My car signaled that there was not enough air in one of my tires, and I was too scared to put in air, myself (the last time I did that, I put too much, and the tire could have exploded--per the mechanic who checked it later after I brought it somewhere to see if I did it right). I also booked an oil change as it was past due. The gentleman I spoke with at Yen's Auto Service gave me an estimate of time, and I went and grabbed breakfast while waiting. They called me once it was done, the price was right, and my car's oil is now pristine! Thank you, Yen's Auto Service, for excellent service!

Great service! They let me drop off my car after closing, told me what was wrong with it and was honest about the cost.

The wiring room is a bit uncomfortable, only two seats, but you won't be there for long.
