Ali showed up exactly at our scheduled time to replace my garbage disposal and fix a hole in my wall.

He did such a beautiful job on the wall hole, and he even took the old garbage disposal with him. I definitely felt I got the value for my money.

After a couple days the garbage disposal was turning itself off after a few seconds, and Ali showed up that same weekend to resolve the issue.

Huge fan of his responsiveness and his work. Would absolutely go to them again.

Hired Zest 4 to remove my fireplace, extend the wall/niche, install a few power and low voltage outlets and install laminate flooring in the exposed area. They provided a fairly competitive quote. Chose Zest 4 as Ali knew right away what was required to be done.

Ali and his crew (primarily Uluk) came on time and completed the job within a few days! I thought it would take more than a week. They covered everything up in family and living room to prevent the dust from going everywhere. It was a challenging job as it required stronger horizontal beams to support the old chimney without any obstruction. All work was secured with new drywall, patched up and painted. Uluk did a fantastic job and we can't tell that some work was done there. Even came back to take care of a minor change.

Overall Zest 4 did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to give them my business in the future.

Ali is great. He transformed my house via partial remodel of outdated kitchen. He and his crew did four projects. They removed the family room popcorn ceiling, texturized the ceiling. Their painter painted the entire family room including the ceiling. He primed and painted 2 coats. Ali installed 23 recessed lights in 5 areas aka family room, 3 bathrooms, and kitchen. He and his crew removed the fluorescent light fixtures in 4 of the areas. In 2 of the bathrooms, they covered the fluorescent light box area aka recessed area with sheet of drywall made especially for bathrooms. This made for a nice smooth ceiling to texturing, paint and install recessed lites. Ali's brother single handedly install the beautiful backsplash while Ali installed the lites. As part of the kitchen remodel, 2 of the crew demolished the kitchen countertops and removed the backsplash on the first day. As part of tge popcorn removal, they also repaired, textured some drywall near the family room where the wet bar had been removed earlier. Ali replaced 4 appliances. They installed a new kitchen sink, new kitchen faucet, new cooktop and new range hood. The last 2 appliances, Alis brother and another crew member came the same day the backordered items arrived and installed them in a matter of 2 hours along with installing 2 bathroom vanity lites. I highly recommend Zest for Construction. My instinct when Ali gave the estimate was this contractor is straightforward, responsible and insightful with tge estimate. When heard bk w an estimate, I was like great this is the person I trust with the remodeling. Ali is amazing and his crew worked to make my house look modern and beautiful. See attached photos for outstanding workmanship from Ali and his crew. If I need a bathroom remodel or any kind of general contractor work done, I'm going to call Ali. As you can see, they did a lot of remodeling here. They have a skill level and knack for doing it in such an efficient smooth manner that you can but say wow these guys are the real deal when it comes to producing outstanding results. I'm so glad I found them.

I reached out to them on Yelp and got a response/quote from Naku within the hour. She told me that Ali was available the next day. I thought I had a leak in the roof, but when Ali looked at everything, he told me it was just condensation from the bathroom fan. He informed us that the duct wasn't vented properly and was missing a cap on the roof. He fixed the ventilation duct then went out to Home Depot to get the cap and climbed on the roof to install it. All in the rain!

We also had a flimsy attic ladder. We asked whether we need to replace it and he said no, it's fixable. His partner helped us out and secured it, even though it wasn't part of the requested quote.

It's been around three years since I reviewed Zest4, so I think it is time for me to provide an update on how Ali and his team have performed these past few years.

I will start by listing a handful of projects that they have executed:
1. Fully bathroom remodel
2. Pergola/electric heaters (electrical work & main power panel upgrade)

Their work ethic and perfectionist mindset make it easy for a homeowner to use them and them only. Once you find an honest and great handyman, you hold on to them for good!

It's been over 2 years since Zest 4 construction helped me with bathroom refresh. I hade Ali come out to replace my vanity and could not be more than pleased with the results.
