I need my kitchen tile redone. My tiles was cracking and was loose. It wasn't an overly big job but it wasn't a small task either. After reading some of the reviews on yelp, i gave zheng a call. He gave me quick estimate over the first conversation. I brought the new tiles i wanted to installing and his team did a great job installing it. His pricing was fair and the work was good. I would definitely recommend using him for big and small projects! He was detailed and prompt.

His English is not very good. He kept quoting things that definitely not the job I wanted done. I suggested he have someone assist him with the correspondence (thinking that his actual work might be good - if we could be really clear on what the job would be). But when I made that suggestion, he stopped replying. Wasted a lot of my time - asking me for pics and videos that I took and supplied.

I had a plumbing emergency and couldn't reach my regular plumber. I called and he was over in 20 mins! Mr. Zheng is friendly, knowledgeable and responsible (he even did a thorough clean up job after he was done). He also charges reasonably. They specialize in construction so they cover all jobs big and small! Highly recommended.

Zhenyu Zheng is extremely knowledgeable and fast!! He figures out what is needed and does it quickly and well with fair prices. I would like to add that Zhenyu takes great pride in his work and is very responsive and communicative.

Mr Zheng and his team installed a new kitchen for me. They start early and work quickly and efficiently. Mr Zheng understands what you want to do and will offer you his suggestions. The kitchen was finished very nicely and I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Originally I gave the owner a bad review because the price was double once the job was finished.

The owner called me and said they were upset and I told them ok I will remove if they never do that again.

I called them to schedule a job thinking everything was behind us. They never showed up and said they will not do they job because I have them a bad review even though I removed it.

I am placing the review back up. This contractor will double the price on you at any moment and is not a person of their word which is why I am writing this review again.

I hope they change.

We are very happy with Zhenyu and his team's work. They renovated our basement (including the bathroom) and did additional work in some areas of our house such as replacing the sinks and toilets on the first and second floors. They also installed a shower door in our second floor bathroom and installed an awning. His price is competitive and he's also responsive. They were able to finish up the renovations in a timely manner. They're very good at showing us their daily progress and we could see that they're excited about their work. They're also very good at providing suggestions on designs, execution, materials, etc. They are now our go to contractor and we highly recommend them
